So, I went to looking for a car and I finally chose Subaru. When I finally went into the store I was greeted by Peter Gregg and he did an excellent job finding something that works for me! This an all day ordeal because I was being more picky than I ever have before and Peter was so patient with me! I wanted something that would last me a lot more years then my past vehicles. I finally settled into a Subaru crosstrek premium and I just love it. I didn't wake up with buys remorse...BONUS! ?Thank you!!

I went to Rogers Subaru for their service center, and my experience was awesome! The team there is extremely helpful and kind, they explained everything to me very well and provided me with different options. Corey (I forget his title) but he was very nice and easy to work with! The facilities are also very nice which makes the experience really nice.

I just had my Subaru Outback serviced at Rogers Subaru. It needed an 18 month general service, and also the tailgate was not functioning properly for some reason. Making an appointment for service was effortless and quick, I was on my way to get the tailgate fixed the next morning, and the service was fast, efficient, and even pleasant. Their new service facility is amazing -- state of the art. And the customer lounge is magnificent, making it a very comfortable and inviting place to be while waiting for your car to be serviced. The service staff is first-rate -- very friendly and informative. I signed up with Jason McCarthy for service, and was also assisted by Jackson. They got me in and out in record time, and explained what they did to fix my tailgate, as well as gave me a run down on the current health of my Subaru -- thankfully, all good. I doubt you could find a better service experience anywhere. Easily five stars.

Love the car this is my third car from Rogers Subaru. They’ve always treated me very good.I also, would like to think my sales person Justin Davenport excellent sales person. Excellent went through every aspect of both of my last two cars with me. Show me how everything worked. I couldn’t ask for better low pressure sales person.

This is our 3rd visit for service at Rogers Subaru, and it will not be our last. From the moment we entered the building, we are treated so well! The facilities are amazing-clean, comfortable, complimentary coffee and snacks well stocked. We would like to give a shout out to Jackson Rose, who was at the check in desk. He asked what we wanted to have done, and it was no problem. He explained procedures carefully and made sure work was done per our request. He did not try to sell us something that wasn't needed. And when they found the interior filters were dirty, they asked before replacing them. We would also like to thank Quinn Witters, the technician who did the work. Very detail oriented. Thank you!. After all the work was done, the invoice was very reasonable.When Rogers says "We care about what you're driving", they mean it. And they care about and respect their customers.

If I could rate the financial department and the service department separately I would. I absolutely love the financial department and sales. I cannot stand the service department. The people are nice but if you need anything more than basic needs for your vehicle take it somewhere else. Don't have them take it somewhere else. I've constantly been treated like an idiotic girl when I brought my truck back in that I bought from them. The men hardly ever actually listen to what I'm saying. They "did" try but when my vehicle was sent to another place not all my concerns were transferred over. Let's not mention they were letting me drive with an unsafe vehicle with kids. But I did just go in and ask for a loaner, which was given to me no problem! So there are food and bad things. Honestly just really annoying and they shouldn't buy vehicles they can't work on and treat women differently than men.

Rogers Subaru is always great to deal with. I've bought several new vehicles from them. Marcus Veney was very helpful as was Corey Brown. Easiest new vehicle dealership I've ever dealt with!

We love our new forester and our sales representative Justin Davenport knows his stuff! He had been selling Subarus for several years and he answered any questions/concerns we had. If you’re looking for a new car we recommend Rogers a family owned business they treat you you like family

From our salesperson, Peter Gregg, to the dealership Manager everyone was awesome! So knowledgeable about the products we were considering it was easy to find the perfect match for us. Dane the finance manager went the extra mile allowing me to purchase additional coverage after the sale. Highly recommend Rogers Subaru and the new dealership is total of the line!

we were looking for a replacement for our aging Subaru Forester and stopped in at Rogers Subaru. We ere met in the parking lot by Vitoria Johnson, a sales agent, we told her what we were looking for and she took us right over to a great looking Forester, Wilderness addition, we took it for a test drive. It is an awesome vehicle. Victoria stepped us through the process, she was awesome! If we had a question she could not answer she got someone who could! It was a great experience!

I had a great experience working with our salesperson, Victoria. She was very helpful throughout the entire process of looking for a vehicle and then working through a deal that fit our budget, including our vehicle trade-in. Victoria is a newer addition to the sales team but was eager to help and find the right answers to any question we asked if she didn't immediately know. Together with the rest of the sales and finance team, Victoria helped us get into a new 2024 Outback.Dane in the finance office was very helpful in helping us secure a lower interest rate for financing and working through warranty and add-ons that fit within our budget. I have come to Rogers for service on my previous Subaru and have had good experiences, but this was my first car buying experience with them and it was very positive. Thanks for everyone at Rogers Subaru!
