My wife and I had the privilege of picking up our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited on Monday, November 20, 2023. It was a sunny, slightly chilly day. From the moment we arrived, Rogers Toyota personnel warmly greeted us. They were friendly and made us feel at home. All who served us were polite and more than willing to answer any questions. The time to prepare our new vehicle was reasonable, and my wife and I never felt pressured to cut our questions or our time to become familiar with our new asset short. I just wish we lived closer to your dealership for regular service. However, we look forward to our next meeting and our continued relationship as valued customers. Keep up the excellent work.

Brought our truck into the service department on a Saturday afternoon for a pre-trip service (mostly fluid changes). Service was prompt, professional and cost effective. Our service advisor, Drew, was terrific. We brought in a filthy truck and left with what looked like a shiny new vehicle! Thanks, Drew.

I worked long distance with Aidan after finding the Wrangler of my dreams. We worked everything out from home then I showed up, went for a test drive, signed all the papers, and drove away. Great people to work with!

Great experience with everyone involved at Roger's CJDR. We put a down payment on a used Durango and made a 600 mile round trip to pick it up.The salesman (Dean) did a video walk-around for us and described the vehicle well, no surprises after we arrived at the dealership. The final purchase process was quick and painless (other than writing a check for a fair amount of money ?).

My wife and I drove down to Rogers from Spokane to look at a vehicle we were interested in. Before we even decided to drive down, we received excellent communication from Riley Way, our salesperson. He worked with us over the phone to price our trade in and provided information about the vehicle which helped make our decision. The team at Rogers in general was great! They were friendly, attentive and transparent. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from Rogers.

We thought we had an appointment with the service department last Friday but due to miscommunication they had no record of our appointment. We thought we had just driven 70 miles for nothing.Drew met us when we came in and to our amazement, he was very cordial and accommodating. He did a diagnostic, a test drive and was concerned that we got taken care of. It was good first experience at Roger's Dodge. Thanks you, Drew!!

Best care salesman around is hands down the amazing Tyler Torrez! He was extremely patient with me during the whole process of searching for a vehicle. My service advisor, Drew did a great job getting my truck's oil change to be finished even though the power went out. He didn't even make me wait to pay. We just connected later when his computer came back on line and did the payment over the phone. As a dealership, you may want to consider a backup generator.

Went and got an oil change done on my Van. Drew helped me. The check in process was super easy. In fact the whole process was easy. He went above and beyond to communicate everything from scheduling my appointment around my schedule and everything else during my visit. It was a pleasure doing business with Rogers Dodge and Drew. Aidan Daly of Rogers ram is an awesome salesperson. No trying to get more than what he knows was fair. He went to bat for me to show me that he really wanted my business. All the Rogers employees are awesome. I will always buy my vehicles through Rogers. They were very cordial very upfront and honest and just good down to earth people. The amount that Rogers gives back to this community in sponsorships and it just helping people is amazing.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here and loved it. Unfortunately I only had it 2 months before having an accident and it was totaled. So many weeks of the run-around with the bank and insurance......Ben House is amazing. We went in to ask a question about how to get things resolved. The gang at Rogers not only answered our question but did the work too. Within a couple of hours they had the issue with the paperwork for the wrecked vehicle taken care of, but Ben House also got me in to a new jeep with no problem.Love those guys!

Due to recent activities regarding your Service Department and the Unreal Dishonesty of your Service Manager RILEY at Rogers Dodge. Let me tell you I am absolutely disgusted that Riley really allows shady services being done on the communities vehicles that can cause Catastrophe and yet is willing to Completely LIE to a customers face in front of his Main Manager. He should be let go due to he is going to cause you all to have a major legal battle if something goes south with our truck because there are people like us Not from here that will fully hold companies/people “Accountable”. And putting peoples lives in danger is just asking for trouble. We buy new cars all the time with Warranty Packages not one time did we Ever have this kind of Shady Business Tactics done with any other BIG DEALERSHIP like we have dealt with Rogers Dodge let alone being Complete LIED to by a Service Manager. Yeah Brandon you refunded our money in full due you Your Service Department Big Mistake by just taking it upon themselves to do our Full Service withOUT permission. You guys have Lost us as customers and pretty sad that a so called Reputable Company has a Bad Seed in there Service Department that is messing with peoples lives. We will buy Outside of this Community!
