We had an extremely wonderful experience with our agent Becka. Since we were moving from Alaska to eastern Washington, communication and service was important to us. On a trip to the area, Becka took us to several homes. She even did a video walk-around tour of a house so we could see what it looked like without having to travel back down. She did such a great job, we ended making an offer on the house. We closed on it 3 days ago. Becka helped to keep us moving forward through the whole process. We used Kylee from River Cities twice now for our home buying experience. She is so kind and willing to go all over to look at houses. She is very smart and knows exactly what to look for in the good qualities of a home. She does research on water levels, taxes, and so much more.
