For a new place, this is a first time user.
All in all, it's probably the worst car wash. I've ever had. My car was actually still dirty and I had to completely wipe it down after it. Cotton washed button error is there a way for things? Took off a windshield wiper. My license plate and put ahold on to chips. To my paint like I will never, ever ever go back to this place for a car. Wash because it is straight up violent. He only good thing about it was the vacuum. That's why I gave him one star. Cause the vacuum that I had on my side. I actually couldn't get the thing I'm on the - So how do you use the vacuum on the other side? But otherwise it was a very good vacuum. Terrible and I want to try to call them about my license plate.Nobody answers the phone.And remember that goes to an answer machine.. their phone doesn't ever get answered by anyone so here I am driving.Got there to see if I can't recover my license plate at least

It was a really nice car wash. The car looked great. Nice vacuum area, but after we left I noticed the tire treatment on the passenger side was just 4 spots, instead of around the whole tire.

1, im paying how much for a car wash that you have signs out saying you "cant guarantee it will be cleaned" yeah i guess, considering there was still bird sht in two spots on my cars front fender that were UNTOUCHED.
2. thanks for the scratch on my new rims...and yes it was there after the wash and feeling my car constantly hit the tracks, and no it wasnt there before seeing as i clean my car regularly.
3 the vacuums are weak as hell
4 going through it 3 of the brushes in this car wash didnt even TOUCH MY CAR i watched them either not spin at all, or completely not even touch the doors.
NEVER EVER EVERRRRR AGAIN! Should have stayed loyal to splash, my mistake.

This place is great! The wash does a great job. There are always fresh towels and compressed air for drying. They have a mat was fir your floor mats.

Got the high dollar wash and there was still dust on my hood and trunk. Didn't see a big difference in the ceramic shine
