I have been using Rite Aid pharmacy ever since I stopped using Walgreens due to how they treated my mother at Walgreens. From day one until now, Rite Aid has been absolutely amazing. Today, I have to give them major kudos for what they did for me. Like most people, I went into Rite Aid to pick up some prescriptions and ended up finding extra items along the way. Due to recently having back surgery, I am unable to lift certain items. The people in the pharmacy stepped up without even asking if I needed help. I grabbed my stuff and they brought it to my car. Not only is that outstanding customer service, it is above and beyond. I also watched the pharmacist come out from behind the counter and help a customer who was having a hard time. Seeing the compassion that this pharmacist has for customers is phenomenal. I want to thank the following group of people from Rite Aid, as they are absolutely phenomenal and Rite Aid is very blessed to have them as a team:

This crew is absolutely phenomenal. If you are not a customer of Rite Aid or their pharmacy, you definitely need to check these people out. They are the only place I will ever use from now on, no matter where I live. I have had nothing but great customer service and I’ve always been taken care of. Thank you so much.

I am not sure why people are so darn rude. Why get a prescription from your pharmacy when they are so unhelpful and act like making sure you get your prescription filled and approved by insurance is really bothersome . If you want to be lazy then go find a different job. Commutation with insurance companies will sometimes be part of your job description.

Hard time keeping enough medication for everyone.Sometimes forcing me to get my prescription late and alter pickup day schedule. Multiple times they only give me partial prescription(30 tabs vs 90) because they “dont have enough”. This month was told to come back on a specific day for the rest of my medication, they still are waiting on the truck. Tell me come in tomorrow for sure. I call so I don’t waste a trip and now they refusing to give me the rest of my prescription because”I should have enough for 2 days left.” If they did their job I would have enough for 20 days instead of 2. Lost my household business today.

NEVER get prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. Always make me wait 20+ minutes. When I call ahead to have it ready, it's still never ready. I have never had so many problems keeping my prescriptions filled. 0/10 do not recommend.

The Lewiston pharmacy ladies need to work on their customer service skills and maybe do some more training. If I call in my kid's prescriptions there, they are usually late being filled and the ladies usually have an attitude. If I call the providers, they are fine but I never know when they're filled. If you call to confirm, they'll hang up on you if you call too frequently, so make sure all your prescriptions are sent in at the same time. Not recommended for quality of customer care.

Horrible racist company they profile individuals also they are highly inaccurate which they shouldn't be as they handle medication and drugs this is unsafe and can lead to someone's death with them providing inaccurate and wrong medication/prescriptions I've always assumed there was a process which needed to be followed before handing out medication apparently I am wrong

This is by far the worst pharmacy in lewiston they tell you one thing and do another never have what you want. there staff is very rude! I'm ashamed to say there in business in lewiston I have transfered all my subscriptions as well as my girlfriends sisters and mother !

The people who work here are absolutely rude! The girl who rang me out just gave me nasty looks it doesn’t give her name but her cashier number is 54086607. The old dude that was working with her profiled me for the way I was dressed (hoodie sweats) it’s 9:30 at night just ran in to get drinks and out cash app money on! I hate this store so much I can’t wait for them to go out of business they’re extremely over priced anyways and for retired people living on a budget it’s not the place.

I feel like this is the only way I can be heard. I was followed in this store by an employee. I was profiled and questioned. I should never be discriminated in my own ancestral homeland. I served this country in Afghanistan as a Marine. I have a good paying job. I'm sober. I'm a productive member of society. Regardless, I should be treated with respect. This is just sad.

Went to take my pill that I am not to skip due to a heart condition and see they didn't fill the correct pills. Called this morning to get it fixed as I will be on my lunch break picking up and Nicole refused to fill it until I presented my WRONG prescription to her and then she would refill it. Not impressed at all.
