“I have been being seen at the Lewiston clinic for almost 3 years now , and in the beginning I was having a rough time adjusting with the constant change in staff, Dorian has always been there and is great and understanding and easy to talk to. Now that they have Destiny there it has made my visits more comfortable and I know what to expect, Destiny is absolutely amazing, I have watched her deal with multiple tasks calmly on the busiest days, even with some patients being difficult she handles every situation calmly and with a smile on her face, she cares and it shows . Destiny is the only reason I am able to continue going into the clinic, I have anxiety and she always makes sure to let me know any changes in routine so I am prepared and when I get anxious she is always able to take time to check on me while I am waiting and let me know exactly why things are not going as smoothly as normal.”

“I did not realize how quick and efficient rite aid was until I switched to another pharmacy...I did not realize how great they were until last week. I am not saying the pharmacy I was at was bad but they had nowhere near the staff that rite aid has I will NEVER switch to another pharmacy! The longest I have ever had to wait was 45 minutes and that is just what they told me i had to wait I usually get my prescriptions within 20 minutes of calling them in! IF you are thinking of switching pharmacies in the lewis-clark valley rite aid is the place to go for sure! BY THE WAY...my doctor even told me that the reason we all love Rite Aid so much is because of Petra...she goes above and beyond the call of duty and has the best most friendly customer service.”
