“Came in for a spare ps4 controller today, gentleman behind the counter tried their hardest but couldn't find one in stock. I happened to notice one in a damaged controller bin. Guys let me try it out in store and even though it's something they don't do with damaged items gave me a 24 hour return window although for store credit not cash back. They even knocked off 10 bucks what they were asking because of some "chew marks" on the analog sticks. Honestly, I kind of like them. Gives my thumbs some traction. Needless to say I will not need to return as besides the blemishes, this thing works perfectly. I also was looking at some side arms while I was there and will definitely be going back to purchase one. Thanks so much to Dano and his colleague for their courteous and professional service.
