My dog has a tumor and a distended gut and they would not even consider looking at her I would say that's a pretty emergency situation too bad people don't think how valuable their furry little pets are these are like my

Pathetic...700.00 for a canine spay of 35 lbs. This is just plain greed! I will travel to Spokane and pay 125.00 for the same fricken surgery. When asked them how people on a fixed income or lower end of the pay scale were supposed to get their animals fixed....the answer was that maybe they shouldn't have pets. SHAME ON YOU!

They are truly the best in the entire Lewiston valley, they truly care about our fur babies and their health, I love that they talk to you in plain English and let you know exactly what's going on at all times!

I am in town for work and had an after-hours emergency with my German shepherd, Loki. Severe bloody diarrhea. Two ladies met me and Loki around 630pm on a Friday night... he was pretty angry about being at the vet, but both women were very understanding, and spent a lot of time on the floor letting Loki approach them and get comfortable with letting them touch him for the physical exam. They were very calm, spoke softly to him, and allowed him to sorta "set the pace" of the appointment. I am so grateful for their sweet demeanor, and the speed they were able to diagnose and get me and Loki set up with the medications to get him healthy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and plan to have Loki caught up on annual vaccinations while we're still in town.

I had to take my kitty down for an emergency vet visit after an altercation with a couple of dogs. Dr. Fleming was kind and reassuring. She was great with my pet and he loved her. I definitely think I will be switching vet clinics.

The staff are wonderful with all my pets. Most recently, my semi-feral cat needed several teeth pulled and we knew it would be a tough job. Dr Fleming spent a lot of time on his mouth and kept me well informed. Puma is recovering well. I’m so thankful for everyone there.

This was our first time here with a cow. It’s a great set up and we felt very comfortable unloading the cow and reloading her. Dr. Covert and her staff were friendly and very efficient.

I called because my Vet was closed between Christmas and New Year's. Our little dog that was almost 17 years old was not doing well and we knew it wasnt right to let her suffer. We were coming up on New Year's weekend and wouldn't be able to get help. Our dog had several problems and we knew we would have to say goodbye to her. When I called I was just told we are not accepting new customers. Our dog wouldn't have lived past that day but they were not willing to help. I would have expected more compassion. I would rate them at zero stars but this review made me put a least 1 star in.
