Actually one of the friendliest and most helpful rv parts stores I’ve been in. Plus they had parts in stock that I’ve been looking for in parts shop all across the country that no one else had.

I was traveling through Lewiston with my wife and three dogs. The temperature was in the high 90's. We stopped at a market to pick up groceries. The AC for the RV quit working because the generator quit. I tried everything I could think of but it would not stay running. I called Lewiston and explain that I had my wife and three dogs and no AC. I ask them to just take a look to see if they could tell me what was wrong. They said their work schedule was full. I realize they were working on other peoples vehicles and I was an incoveinence in their day. i just wanted someone to tell me if it was a major problem or a minor. The service manager had no empathy

Had an emergency on our camper and they got us in on a Monday morning. Got it fixed by noon and was on our way. Great service and wonderful people.

We were able to get in on short notice when we had family coming to town. They worked us in, got everything we needed done and checked on a couple extra things. Pleasant and courteous.
