$91 for a 4 cylinder gas engine oil change? Are you kidding me. Never again. I only took it there because the Chevy car I own is so low I cant get under it to change the oil myself. The dealership could have at least washed and vacuumed out the car for that cost. Ordered a portable car lift as soon as I got home.

Oil change was good, but they didn’t do the full inspection as the tires were low at 32 psi. Sometimes seem to short change inspections or say it’s done when it isn’t. Has happened before with tire rotation that didn’t happen, etc. Lovely people at the front desk, just a bit discouraged with some of the mechanics. I’m required to go there due to warranty.

James is relatively new to the organization but knew his stuff. I like to ask questions when I already know the answers to see if salespeople know the product and only answer questions when they know the answers. Honesty is important. I feel Lewiston motors kept their agreement with me and treated me fairly. Even Tiffany, their finance person was up front and was not pushy like many auto finance people are. Thank you for a positive car buying experience.

Sales staff was amazing. Started with Terry, worked with Amanda, Jason and Tiffani (in financing) all did great for me in their roles in getting me in a truck I absolutely love (and negotiating a better interest rate for me).Thank you!

They were able to diagnose and repair my Traverse in a very acceptable time frame. Liked the fact that they kept me advised on the process.Toby, the service mgr, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Made appointment to have chips installed. Lewiston Motor called the day before my appointment to confirm I would be there. Arrived on time and my pickup was taken into the shop immediately. After sitting in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours, the service manager came in, apologized, and said they didn’t have the parts they needed. I lost a days work, drove a 110 mile round trip and had a hefty gas bill for the drive. Was told as soon as the parts arrived, I would be notified and the repairs would be completed at my convenience, even on Saturday if necessary. Got a call two weeks later that the parts were in, but the first opening was 3 weeks out. Now faced with taking another day off, another 110 mile round trip drive and another $25-30 in gas. So much for service and convenience. I give them 1 star out of 5.

This was our first experience with Lewiston Motor Company. While we were not intending to buy that day, we were shown to vehicles with courtesy and no pressure. They listened carefully to what we said we were looking for and what we did not want. Isaac was thorough in his explanations and answered questions honestly. We felt this was our decision to make with no pressure from Isaac or anyone in the dealership.

I was very pleased with the interior detailing job done by Lewiston Chevrolet. Embarrassingly, I had an over abundance of dog hair covering all the flooring. They did a great job getting it up!

Service was adequate. I don't have any complaints however techs should check with detail shop on wait time and give choice of having car washed or not. I waited 30 minutes after service dept. was finished to notice that my vehicle was still in the line for detail. I finally asked tech if I could have my vehicle and for go the car wash. He promptly got me my vehicle. Others had waited longer than me and when they saw that I asked to get my vehicle without the car wash, they all lined up to do the same.

I have bought two vehicles and gotten friends and family to use this dealership for vehicles and maintenance countless times and usually had great experiences until this time…. I called to verify aftermarket parts I purchased they would be able to install. I then set an appointment weeks out. I understand the labor shortage and things take time so I was willing to wait patiently. They told me it would take a week if I left the truck there. I arranged rides and transportation. I dropped my truck off with the parts and asked multiple times if they have any questions on the parts or any issues they might see and they all reassured me it will be fine. The week goes by and I called twice to ask for updates via voicemail with no response. Friday rolled around I called again with no response so I went to the dealership in person to inquire about my vehicle. I asked and the service writer said “oh yeah someone was supposed to call you, there might be an issue with one of the parts but I’m not sure…” I then asked if anyone else knew but the person that knew was on lunch. Then I was told “well the tech that was supposed to do it is on vacation anyways” I then asked if anything was done to my truck in the week it was left and the service writer said “nope nothing”. I was obviously very upset and frustrated that I never was told any of this sooner. Then the service writer said “ I will have someone call you after their lunch” I left without my truck and nobody ever called me 3 hours in.I went back to get my truck as I feel I did not receive quality customer care and did not want them to work on my truck anymore if that much quality was lacking in the simple customer service competency. I had to call 3 times to get an answer and told the service writer I was going to pick up my truck and would like all my parts back in the truck. I was reassured all parts were in the truck. When I got there I was never met with an apology or care to retain my business. I then located my own truck without assistance in the lot. When I got to my truck the hood was open and parts were missing from the truck. I then was told to go look for them in the shop. When I located them they were opened and scattered in a work area.I again understand the time and lobor issue and would have been okay with that if someone would have taken the 1min to call me and update me or care to work something out.As soon as possible when the department knew the tech was going to be on vacation they should have rescheduled my appointment and kept in constant communication about any parts issues.Even after I initially voiced my concerns there was never a solution offered.I will be trying to contact the manager or higher up of the dealership soon to explain this situation and the lack of care and respect I received.

NO STARS!! About a month ago someone from Lewiston Auto called me and said “your recall parts are in. Can I set up a time for you to come in and get the work done?” So I set up the appointment to get the recall work done as well as an oil change. I showed up today and my appointment was on the books but no record of the recall work. The lady at the front desk said she would figure it out. I left my truck for the day and when I got back the only thing that was done was the oil change. They still had no idea why THEY called me. VERY DISORGANIZED!!Then to add insult to injury I find out they raised their prices from $100 to $150 for an oil change. I get raising your prices as everything is going up, but $50.00?! I am NOT a happy customer! Hopefully I can find someplace else go.

Everybody there is great. Chris in service is good to work with. Not as happy with thoroughness of work. Had to turn around and come back because positive connection not tightened up which made electrical system spazz out. It was fixed promptly but not happy it wasn't done right the first time.

Great experience! No hassle pricing and I got a great little car within just a short period after finding it online. They even found me a bow to put on it since it was a gift for my daughter!

I showed up at 7:45 a.m. for an oil change, at 9 I saw the car was in for the service. At 10:30 it was done and moved to the car washing area. At 11:20 I saw that it had not yet been washed so I went to the service counter and told them I wanted to take the car now, so I paid the outrageous price of just over $122. for the oil change and took the car. Not a good experience at all. Nearly 4 hours for a very over priced oil change. But don't worry, I will never come to this dealership again, I will go to Pullman instead. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Everyone there did a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and comfortable. I was in a very rough spot but They really pulled together to help get me into something very nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car.Friendly and professional all around
