First, we bought our truck and SUV from Hall Ford, and that was a great experience! Since then we've had our vehicles in for regular service, and other things. These people are terrific! The service people are always helpful, always nice. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly or they make it right, right away!

I had the oil changed in my truck. Would seem like a no big deal thing. Well the employees at Joe Hall Ford literally went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. Every step from booking the appointment to someone driving me to Starbucks while I waited was met with kindness and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough.

Schedule for a recall at 1pm on the phone I was told it would take a hour or so. Got to the shop right before 1 and hung around for a bit thinking it wouldn’t take long. 45 minutes later they still hadn’t touched my pickup yet. I asked the crew at the counter and was told it would be a next in the shop but couldn’t give me a time frame. I had to call for a ride because I had another appointment I had to go to. I didn’t get a call saying it was done tell after 3pm. When I came to pick it up my pickup was still in the same parking spot and hadn’t been moved. The gal at the desk told me she had a tech just go do what needed done in the parking lot and I was handed my keys with no paperwork saying what had been done. So I’m really not sure if anyone even really did anything to my rig as I have no proof.
