Absolutley terrible customer service on the front halfManagement. However, after an extensive phone call, explaining my problems did seem to be interested in making amends although I have moved onto another carrier and will probably not go back. At least they reached out and made an effort.

Unreliable, While the people in the Office are super nice, the cell service is not reliable. The Online techs always tell you they are working on it, that a fix is coming, but after a year of not being able to receive our calls, people leaving messages but we never receive them, we are beginning to believe inland cares about nothing but the monthly payments.

Switched from Verizon after having them for 15 plus years customer service was top notch friendly and helpful best thing I did wish I would if done it sooner , moved to a small mountain town and the towers is are great over Verizon's sketchy service up here.

Don’t get service here it won’t work and then when it doesn’t work they’ll charge you even though they haven’t provided a service it’s actually not a legal or ethical business practice to charge people for a service they aren’t getting

I called technical support to get help changing my router password. There was very little patience with me and the person kept speaking over me when I would explain what my system was doing. Then I was instructed to get a new router because mine must be defective! The same thing happened when they switched towers last year. I was told that I'd have to purchase a new phone because mine wouldn't be compatible with their new system. Haaa! I ended the call and went to YouTube. Thanks YouTube, you saved me a bunch of time and money. Not only was I able to change my settings on my phone last year after their switch but YouTube helped me again just the other day with my router password issue. I can understand asking a customer if they would be interested in purchasing something from their company. But to pretty much lie to the customers and have them believe they need to buy in order to keep their service in my eyes is very wrong. I wonder how many people actually fell victim to this last year? I'm sure there are plenty. So people if you are told by any company, you need to buy a new phone or a new router because yours is incompatible and won't work with their new system or, it is just too old. Do your own research and find out. I hope this message helps those of you like myself who are working hard to make ends meet and trying to stay a float during this time when things are so darn expensive! If you can learn how to save yourself from being taken then I've helped you and other's.

"Unfortunately" seems to be their tag line. Their coverage has been spotty at best and here in the LC Valley, I'm on their roaming network. On Monday, 6/26, I went in and they ran a ticket up to their network operations. After two days, I've heard nothing. I called to check on it an the tech I spoke with said because the ticket was with network operations, there was nothing he could do. I kept trying to see what could be done... he used the term "Unfortunately" 4 or 5 times in a 3 minute call.UPDATEThe connection issues got worse. I walked in and the manager on duty looked at my phone and said it wasn't reading the SIM card which is interesting since the phone complains when the SIM card is removed. Coincidentally, my wife's phone had the exact same issue. Their solution? Sell us new phones for 3X the price and bump up our monthly rates. I've taken my business to another carrier.

Service and Repair was top notch. Brought in a Verizon phone and they got it fixed professionally. On top of that it was a quick turnaround. If you have a problem with your phone they will get it fixed, no matter what carrier you have.

I have tried in every way to try and get a supervisor from the Lewiston store to call me to discuss issues that I have literally had for 2 years with Inland Cellular. The coward will not return a phone call or accept a call when he is there! I cannot access my voice-mail, people can't call me half of the time and this issue is with all of my families phones. There is no customer support! The so called supervisor is such a coward that he called orofino to ask if they would deal with it but when it comes to billing they can't resolve it. I'm going to ha e to seek legal counsel to get anywhere with this incompetent company I guess!

It seems the employees either don't care or don't know what they are doing. I've consistently been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks. No one returns my voicemails. It's not possible to go in as I work longer hours then they are open everyday. I dont think it's unreasonable for a PHONE company to return a PHONE call.
