This business was great until they decided to discontinue service in our area, gave less than a month to transition to that new service, notified in a single non-descript email and nothing else, and failed to release our names with the ********************** so that we could sign up for new service. Internet was cut while the port was on vacation for Christmas, meaning we were left without internet for multiple days. Awful experience.

Horrible company for Seniors especially we signed up did not get service even in Lewiston asked to return phones and they will not reimburse us STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The worst cell service I have ever had. Would give them a minus 5 stars if I could. Half the time can't make a call or access the internet in their home city let alone in the outlying areas.

Horrible customer service! Linda kept asking what so I spoke up then accused me of attitude. Hung up on my provider when all we were asking for help with was transferring my 83 yo Mother to my account.

“Are you ready for VoLTE” asks Inland to their customers. Upgrade your SIM card for free or upgrade your phone. As of Jan 3 you won’t be able to make phone calls outside Inland’s service area without these upgrades. Well guess what, we did, went on a trip (driving) to Colorado, stuck in a snow storm over the passes, and we lost all service as of Jan 3. It was as Inland who was not ready for this upgrade. “VoLTE isn’t working quite right. We hope to have it fixed next week.” WHAT??!! You had no idea you were going to have issues with this change, no communication to your customers, and we're stuck holding the bag. Once again, service failure at the worst time. AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE. Sorry about the inconvenience is all we get. Verizon, here we come.

I had service with two other National carriers for several years prior to moving to Inland Cellular several years ago. I found Inland Cellular's service excellent, the individuals providing the service to be very knowledgeable and certainly willing to help and the greatest difference was the willingness was the overall desire of Inland Cellular's staff to make me happy. I highly recommend Inland Cellular as a great cellular provider. They help when you have a problem and support local community activities. I have been with them for several years now and I have no intention of leaving Inland Cellular.

I hate to even give a 1 star review! It is required in order to leave a review!Inland cellular in Lewiston including their so called customer service headquarters is the worst I have ever had to deal with!They never have an answer to anything and can never return a phone call! No support tickets ever get resolved!If you walk into the store with a technical question you get answers that clearly show they have absolutely no qualifications to work there!If you are considering using inland cellular, you might think again!

Worst customer service... Talk about jumping the gun and a rude lady. I called to see what was going on with my bill. I thought I got the lewstion # nope got a lady named Marcie in billing that didn't even let me ask my questions fully or get a understanding automatically being rude. I have no fight in me. I all ready have a hard time talking and all rady paid 50$ in the month befor. Now I receive a 246$ bill and I had questions but lordy that was not going to be answered or honest nore correctly handled regardless the mids understanding i had to ask her for her supervisor 2x before I got transferred. Unfortunately still not handled nothing like being sick miss hurd and treated ugly. Was not for the need to get ahold of my daughter i switch companies!
