They don't bother to answer the phones, they canceled my appointment without any notice. I showed up, on time, and the store was closed. No one was even there.

Almost $400 to do my taxes. I guess being a "small business " delivering groceries or doordashing means in made of money now. Totally out of touch with the customer base.
The woman did a good job , the company..terrible.

i just recently switched to H and R block and i was so nervous because i needed to build trust with someone new. i met with Vivian Beale and she was AMAZING! i instantly felt like she was the person i needed my whole life to help me with my taxes. i asked her any and all questions and she took her time to answer them. i recommend her for your tax needs!!

Total scam. Do not deal with this office. This is where the people who shouldn’t ever deal with public are hired. Completely Rude. Don’t know what they are doing. When you have an issue, which you always do, because they are complete idiots, they laugh at you. Filed our taxes wrong. Over charged us. When asked a question their reply is “I don’t know” and tell you to call their 800 number which is based not in the US. Totally unprofessional & untrustworthy.
