Terrible customer service. Rude on the phone for no reason when asking about donating items.

Not impressed by the ridiculous prices. Can buy new for the price on many of the goods here. Hard to support a "non profit" organization that pays the CEO MILLIONS each year.

Love Goodwill. Always find what I'm looking for and then some! Great for kids clothes who grow so fast out of clothes!

I used to love going to our Goodwill, but the prices are increasingly ludicrous anymore. Now it's more worth it to drive all the way to the Moscow Goodwill where you can actually find good deals on better stuff. Whoever is running our towns Goodwill could really take some notes from Moscow. I don't know why ours feels the need to try and scalp so hard from stuff they're receiving for free. OUI is the go to thrifting spot in the valley. They get the idea; price low and move the dang merchandise. Not sit on it forever hoping to sell for what you'd buy something on sale brand new for.The statement that you haven't increased your pricing might be true for company standards, but I've been to several Goodwills in my area for several years now, and our Lewiston store specifically by far the worst and has been slowly getting worse over the last few years. I know what services Goodwill provides,, but there is no reason our store should be more expensive.. Objectively, it simply is not as well priced as its neighboring stores. And no safely-written response can dance around that. It might be able to fool someone who doesn't frequent Goodwill stores, but it won't get past me and several of my fellow thrifting companions who agree.

They don't allow you to use the dressing room to try on clothes when you are there. They say that you have 4 days to take them home and try them and bring back if they don't fit. AT NO TIME DO THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. IT IS ONLY WHEN WHEN YOU RETURN THEM THAT THEY TELL YOU HAVE TO TAKE STORE CREDIT.THIS IS BULLSHIY. I MAY NEED YHAT MONEY FIR SOMETHING ELSE AND IF I HAD TRIED THEM ON AT THE STORE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM AND WASTED MY MONEY.THIS PLACE SUCKS. AND A SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY. WILL BE REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES.

There's good stuff here. I'm a bit disturbed by the rudeness of staff "mask policing" everyone. I don't recommend shopping here if you or your child has a legit medical condition that makes wearing a mask difficult. My wife works in the heath industry. She had COVID nearly a year ago when it first started she poses little risk for spreading the virus. She also has asthma and it's worse in spring. When lowering her mask for a few moments to catch her breath, the "mask police" here rudely told her to cover her nose-- not even giving her a chance to explain herself. It just seems like a non-profit organization with the intent on showing kindness to people should be a little more understanding... I don't know. Maybe they need to find something to do to make the job more interesting. I wish it wouldn't entail bossy behavior. It's not what you say but how you say it. My wife told me she'd rather have COVID 3 or 4 times over than deal with all this fear and paranoia on a daily basis.

I just tried to go here to buy some clothes for my toddler. And I was kicked out of the store, because I didn’t have a mask. Even though I told them I was medically exempt, they asked me to leave. If people would just stop blindly complying, and would stand up for their freedoms. We wouldn’t be having this situation right now.

Don't advise this and similar stores. Range and quality of items very poor. Very expensive especially for thrift store and used items. Staff style wrong. They talk as if their customers are millionaires. They must cater to ordinary people. You are better off paying a dollar more and buying new
