Came in looking for an anniversary gift. Jennifer jumped in to help me. We spent a good 20-30 minutes going through the different designer catalogs. Many items were close, but just not what I wanted. She enlisted the help of Mike, who thought he might have something in the back. He came out with an absolutely gorgeous pin, but I was looking for a pendant. No issue with that. Mike showed me ideas of converting it from pin to pendant. It was ready in less than 2 days! Went in just looking for something, left with a piece of custom-made jewelry. Thanks, Jennifer and Mike. You guys are AWESOME!!

We bought our wedding sets here and had the pleasure of working with Jen. The whole experience was pleasant. There were an amazing amount of options that worked for our budget and we were never left feeling like we didn't belong there.We did have a hiccup when ordering James' band, but Jen was able to correct it in time for our wedding and with no headache or grief!Every time we are downtown, we are sure to stop by and get our rings cleaned.We will always come back here for our jewelry needs and are excited that Jessi's diamond will always be valued at 100% what we paid for future upgrades.We were surprised to see that this store has expanded into more than just jewelry: they now offer housewares, clothing, and much more. It's basically three stores in one, now.
