Shelly is an extremely talented lash artist! I have been to many over the years and she is definitely one of the very best! She tailored my lashes to what I wanted, and what would work the best for me. I have good retention and my lashes look amazing!!! Highest recommendation—-5 Stars✨

Shelley is an amazing lash artist! I have been going to her for years and have had to see a couple others for scheduling conflicts, being out of town etc. Everytime I have I am always so grateful to be back in her seat! She does exactly what I request, doesn't use too much glue and they hold. Very clean and professional. Great experience and outcome!

Wow. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I came in because I saw a deal on The a-list lashes website (which is super rare considering the fact that the prices for eyelashes are pretty expensive). I jumped at the opportunity and made an appointment for the volume set of lashes. Keep in mind, there were no specifications as to "what type of volume" I would receive. The next morning, I showed up to my appointment with Shelley and clarified that I wanted the CLASSIC VOLUME set and NOT the MEGA VOLUME. She agreed and went on with the service. After she finished the set, I looked in the mirror, my eyes still burning from the glue she used, and mentioned that the lashes looked extremely different. There were hardly any on my eyes and you could barely tell anything was there. I also asked her if these were the classic volume that I asked for and she told me that they were a different kind of lash?? I paid and left. Once I got home, my eyelashes immediately began falling off and I noticed that they began to look worse and worse. She rufuses to refund me and every response is contradicting what she said before. Don't waste your time here. Not worth it unless you want to be overcharged for something that you didn't pay for.

I had a bad experience at this establishment. I went in for CoolSculpting and left with 2nd degree burns in two areas on my stomach. The owner Shelly was nice initially, but when I called and emailed her about the burns, she ignored my calls, text msgs, and emails. After no response from her, I decided to go to her 2nd location in Frisco to show her my stomach. At first she appeared to be in shock and asked me, "how did that happen"? I told her that the burns were from the supposedly cool sculpting. She looked surprised, but she saw these burns right after the procedure and said they would go away. I had to go to the doctor and was treated for 2nd degree burns. I asked for a full refund and she told me that her business partner wasn't willing to refund any of the money, but she would give me $250.00 out of her pocket. I told her that $250 was unacceptable! She said that her business partner wasn't willing to give any of the money back. After several conversations with Shelly, she agreed to give me half the money back. She told me she was a licensed esthetician. I didn't see a visible license and that's why I asked. I don't believe that she is after doing my research. Also, the machine that she used was not a grade A CoolSculpting machine according to my doctor. I showed her a pic. Please be aware of this business and please don't go to The Colony location. This is where Shelly performs CoolSculpting procedures. I'm not trying to bad mouth this business, I just don't want anyone else to endure the pain that I have suffered with their cool-sculpting procedure. Please go to a professional dermatologist office or a trained esthetician for cool-sculpting.

So happy I found Shelly :) She did a great job. I had a bad experience in the past and Shelly really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted ! I highly recommend her! The salon is so clean and so nice. All around a great experience! She really knows her stuff and what will work with your eye shape and what your lashes can handle:). Very satisfied customer.:)

Amazing! Professional, beautiful salon suite so relaxing. I have had issues finding consistent lash professionals. Shelley is awesome, it's apparent she's been doing this for years! I love my lashes and can't wait to book my next appointment.

Shelley is amazing! Thank you so much for giving me beautiful natural looking lashes! It's so nice to save the time of not having to apply mascara and also the irritation it always caused to my eyes. It was such a relaxing experience that I will look forward to getting my fills!
