Absolutely the worst bank I have ever come across. First they froze my disabled clients account for suspected fraud even after he made it clear there was none. Then, because he is renovating his house to sell and has money going out, they closed his account and didn't even notify him until his checks started bouncing and he called. The branch manager has done nothing but involve herself in his personal business and again, has made it where he cannot pay his bills.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience!!!I've been their customer for 7 years and have a good relationship with their branch. Upon relocating to another state, I promptly closed all of my accounts. They continued to impose a service fee on my checking account even after closure, and kept sending notices requiring me to pay that fee. In an effort to resolve this matter, I delegated my son to visit the branch on my behalf. Shockingly, the representatives not only failed to rectify the issue but also adamantly refused to acknowledge any fault on their part.As a former customer, I can't help but feel let down by a bank I once held in high regard.

Well I've been a Banner Bank customer for many years now and I recently started having problems with my debit card not working at the pump at gas stations and having to go inside to pay.. I stopped by this branch because I was in the area and informed the teller and she called support and when she got off the phone with them told me that it wasn't an issue on their end and handed my card back. Implying that I was lying. I said so there's nothing that you can do and she replied no and became very rude when I said it's a real issue and I wasn't lying. I thought about closing my accounts and left very upset.. I went to my Branch and the manager Emily was super nice and just issued me a new card that fixed the issue right away..Customer service isn't Good at this Location !!!

The customer service is top notch!! I believe they also have the best of the best in services at low or no cost at all ...you wont get inundated in the hidden fees that is associated with almost all of the other banks....

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHAT SO EVER.
