This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced! First, I had issues creating the reservation online after setting up my account so I called to place the reservation. Instead of applying the 35% discount plus my disabled veterans discount, and the other two coupon codes as discussed over the phone - they charged me higher rates than I’d been aware. The kid at the desk to process the rental said he couldn’t change it so I needed to call it in. He tried running my card a ton of times which locked up b $2k in my personal checking.Then the rental wasn’t even for the correct amount of days so when I extended it - they charged me more fees! I called four times and not one agent was able to assist me. Said it was my fault I accepted the car under these terms. I didn’t see the breakdown or anything that day! I returned the car early and they didn’t credit me for the days!! I’m livid.

This does not me AWD! I was told by the female working that this was AWD. I am in multiple Chrvys and this is not AWD.. it’s clearly Auto start and stop. When I went in to request a new car.. the lady argued that the vehicle was AWD and was seriously certain it was AWD.. she needs to educate herself further on the vehicles she rents out.

I had a reservation set for 5pm today, which I didn't realize was when this location closed, nonetheless I was there at 4:55. The person working was helping another person when I walked up to the counter. She walked out to bring the customer to their rental and then just left. I was standing at the counter confused and called customer service to learn I'll likely be charged a fee for not picking up the car today. I would recommend using hertz if you're able to.

Car recieved is absolutely disgusting, some weird blood or food stain all across the passenger side. There's animal scratches everywhere and the back seat was filthy with different stains. I have never recieved such a disgusting car to rent.

I had a good experience with no issues or problems at this location. They were flexible enough to get me in a day early. Very happy with the Preferred rate, although I booked several months in advance. The car was kind of dirty, might be the only thing to criticize.I’d definitely use this location again and recommend

I went to the counter of Avis located in Lewiston airport and spoke to the owner's brother about renting a car from them in a week with my AVIS reward points, the guy says "No problem", I went to pick up the car on schedule and was surprised with a price tab of $330+ for one day rental, another employee from the rewards program told me over the phone that this location doesn't accept points, which the gentleman who reserved the car never told me, until the last moment when I had to travel! I had to go next door to Hertz to rent a better car for $150 for the same day! Be ware of the traps this Lewiston Avis sets for unsuspecting travelors!

Really great service. Very friendly and courteous. The vehicle I rented (2015 Kia Soul) was immaculate and very well maintained and was perfect for my trip. My only reservation was that there's a chance you have to wait to drop off or pickup your vehicle because they only have one person working at the office at a time and if they are busy cleaning or maintaining vehicle they could be out of the office from between 20-45 minutes. Other than that, wonderful service.
