To no avail, I went back to NAPA to order it and it turned out that they had accidentally quoted me the cost and not retail that it normally was. In the end they still honored it (plus a 10 dollar surcharge). They definitely got themselves returning customer from the way this situation was handled.”

“Last March I traded in my Subaru Crosstrek for a Rav 4. I was pregnant with my first and we needed something a little bigger. Ryan Lemanski helped us. He was so easy to work with. Very honest, patient and gets you the best deal possible. Unfortunately, the Rav 4 was a bit small with a car seat. So, recently went back to Rogers just to “look”. Ryan got us an amazing deal on a Highlander. Very roomy fits my daughters car seat with tons of room to spare! I will only be buying future vehicles here, and definitely telling others to as well!”

On every occasion, the salesman and management were pros who valued building that long term relationship, not just short term profit. Manager Corey and Salesman Dane at Rogers Subaru not only came in much lower on the deals, but did it without dithering or trying to steer us to a car in inventory. They were upfront, friendly and professional, eschewing the old school method of car sales that can be tedious and insulting at times. In both cases (2021 Crosstrek and Outback) not having the particular car we were looking for was no problem. Their network of dealer relationships got us the exact car we wanted in less than a week, delivered to us in Boise free of charge.
