We contacted RCR Trucking to let them know one of their drivers had changed lanes forcing us out of our lane. We really just wanted an apology and for the driver to check the lane before changing lanes. The level of professionalism is completely absent with this company. Here is a screenshot. They claim we darted around the truck after it's blinker was on but we were in the lane the whole time. Instead of a simple we will look into it, we were accused of being at fault with sarcasm and even a jab at my profession suggesting if the truck starts changing lanes I disappear and reappear in front of it. I've worked in the corporate world for years. This level of unprofessional behavior should be looked into. RCR trucking deserves a better representative dealing with the community.
