Great customer service! Quick & reliable! I was having trouble at Albertsons pharmacy (I’ll spare the details because it’s a long story) but I came to Walgreens and they were incredibly helpful & kind, and they made my frustrating day into a great experience! Thank you so much Walgreens for taking the time and helping get my prescription for my son. If you’re in Kuna definitely use Walgreens for prescriptions and avoid Albertsons pharmacy like the plague!

I have used this pharmacy for a few years they have always lost prescriptions only to find them days later. This is the last time. I had a son with an eye infection. It got sent to them 3 times throughout the day they finally found it late in the day and said the likely couldn't fill it. I am changing to Albertsons, they were easy better!

I'm so done with this place. Always takes days for them to fill a prescription and this time I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days to get a refill. I was waiting on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and they lost my prescription. I suggest finding another pharmacy. Won't use this one again!!!!

What a mess. Keep losing scripts, rude staff. Odd hours, closed unexpectedly. Impossible to deal with.

Drove 45 minutes for a prescription..doesn't close till 7 ..whole pharmacy is sick?had to close at 5:30 no way to no..that's crazy..how r they all sick?.

Used to be great. Now that it's under new management they are impossible to use. They have reduced hours during the week which makes it hard to pick up if you work. Tried call ahead for a prescription ointment for my kids rash and was quoted about an hour, after 4 hours of waiting for my notification I called again and it still wasn't ready. Once I finally talked to a person, they said they'd do it right away and I still spent 20 minutes in store waiting for it to get done after I had arrived.Another prescription we get once a month has been "out of stock" for 3 weeks. Luckily we were able to get by with out it by skipping days here and there. Went to pick it up during their new hours on Saturday, only to find a sign that said "Closed this weekend."

For some reason the Walgreens on Avalon & Cave St in Indiana or ? Keeps filling my meds. I get a notice meds are ready, but not this state. I keep having to call asking them return med and not to fill but they did it again. I have never been to that store

During these past two days I received a notice to pick up my medication . When I got there yesterday , Jennifer the Operations Manager as she says she is waited on me and told me that the medication was put away because it sat for 10 days . They first notified me on Saturday so that was impossible . At that point I told her I did not let it sit . She walked away saying I was being mean . All I did was say I did not let it sit because you first notified me Saturday . I called back today and she answered the phone and said she waited on me yesterday and unfortunately she would have to help me because I was rude and wrong . She actually then hung up on me . I called back and spoke with the Pharmacist who listened to what my explanation was and 15 minutes later they had my prescription ready . It was a simple mistake by the store and the Operations Manager did not see it or just neglected to deal with it . I understand people are under pressure these days but to yell back at any customer , especially one who only disagreed with her assessment is astounding and this person is unprofessional in her approach . How did she know that I was not some very ill older person who needed extra help ? I have been going to this Walgreens for about a year and everyone has always been pleasant and professional especially the Pharmacist . I will continue going there but this needs to be fixed by the Store Manager . I will gladly meet with the Store Manager if they wish .

Very unhappy! I made an appointment to get a shingles shot. I arrive 5 minutes early to discover a family of 4, without an appointment waiting for shingles and flu shots. I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. They only have 2 people working in the pharmacy tonight, the pharmacist and one assistant. What good does it do to make an appointment if they don’t honor it?

For starters the customer service at this Walgreens in Kuna has always been bad but I hit my tipping point at this place today. I was looking at the colognes in the beauty department and I had a question for whatever f****** employee would show up and help me out, I had to press the customer assistance button four times before I actually got some help and when a woman finally got there I asked her if they offered any samples on the colognes so I could try before I buy and she said "NO! HaHa" she seriously laughed. I really don't see the point in laughing at me and treating me like she did and for that reason this Walgreens branch has lost my business. This woman was about 5'10" had blonde hair and glasses, Just so you all know who to look for to NOT get help from.
