Despite being a large dog who appears unapproachable, both Dayna and Dr. Ware went out of their way to make sure he was okay and took steps to make his next visit better. At no point did I feel judged or unwanted for my dog’s behavior. I could not imagine going anywhere else.”

WAS HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY SO WAS THE DOCTOR.THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND I'M A SENIOR SO THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THAT PART OF THE BILL. VERY HAPPY WITH THAT.MY BABY IS MY BABY AND HE HAS DOING HAPPY PEE PEES. SO I KNOW HE JUST LOVED THE STAFF ALSO.HE HAD A YEAST INFECTION IN HIS EAR ,THEY LET ME KNOW TGE COST FOR TREATMENT, I AGREED,HE GOT HIS TREATMENT AND WE WENT UP FRONT TO PAY.WELL UP FRONT COULD USE A LOT IF IMPROVEMENTS. THEY ARE NOT AS FRIENDLY AS THEY WERE WHEN I MADE MY APPOINTMENT. IT WAS LIKE AN ICE BOX. ZERO .IT TOOK MAYBE 15 MINUTES TO DO MY CARE CREDIT CARD ?? M/C AND THEN SHE NEEDED MY DRIVERS LICENSE ? WHY.BECAUSE MY DOG DOESN'T HAVE ONE?MEANWHILE THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT TOOK ABOUT ONE AND A HALF HOURS.I'M NOT SURE IF I'LL USE THEM AGAIN .I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ON THE NORTH END.SO GOOD LUCK IF YOU LIVE ON THE BENCH IT'S A GOOD PLACE.”

“All valley took care of my baby so well. After a freak accident that left my dog with a broken leg I rushed her over to the hospital after her normal vet turned her away. Dr Lake and his associates immediately treated my dog quickly and got her comfortable and her pain managed. She was rolling back to surgery to fix her leg within 2 hours of her accident. I had her back home later the same night. They all explained everything and have been super helpful in her recovery process. Forever grateful to this clinic.”
