“The cat doctor did an amazing job taking care of my kitty and saving her life. We did not have to wait no questions they new what needed to be done. Have her on 2 medications. They kept her over night to make sure she kept food down. Everyone loved her and greatful she could be saved. Thank you the Cat Doctor. Most respect.”

“The Pet Doctor is the best!!! They have been so good with each one of my dogs and have treated them with a lot of love and care. I have been taking my two Rottweilers to them for years now and have never had anything happen with the visits that was concerning. I recently got a third Rottweiler in December and they are treating him with just as much love and care as the other two. It has taken me a long time to find a vet who was comfortable and confident around Rottweilers. Some would immediately put a muzzle on them at the beginning of the appointment, which was not helpful. All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE going to the vet and there's no anxiety, aggression or fear from them. Going to the vet is a treat! I know this is because of how all the staff at The Pet Doctor treat my dogs each and every time. This makes me as the owner feel very relieved and grateful. Would totally recommend Dr. Zahller and her whole staff to anyone who's looking for a new vet with a knowledgeable & personal touch!”

“Finding a new doctor can be stressful. Especially when it’s for your pet that can’t tell you how they feel. Dr. Doug was incredible. We have our own dogs, we’ve worked with foster dogs, and supported rescues for many years so we’ve met a lot of veterinarians and seen a lot of exams, and after care for surgeries, etc. Our almost ten year old girl had her exam here yesterday (she’s got some minor health concerns and is on medication). This clinic was phenomenal from the beginning. I was checked in quickly, with kindness. Once in the exam room, I was greeted within minutes by the technician, after a kind discussion Dr. Doug joined so quickly. He was kind, shared a little about himself, made a connection with me and did the most thorough exam I have ever seen. Now that we’ve seen him, I keep thinking, “wait, shouldn’t all the vets do this?” He used human like tools to look in her eyes and ears. He felt every joint, muscle, bone. He spent time looking at all of her toes, he listened to her joints, he listened carefully to her heart (he also read her entire file that I sent from her previous vet because he knew things I had forgotten). The level of attention to detail, and education Dr. Doug displayed made me feel that he truly cares about my dog, and her well being. I wish my doctor was as kind, gentle and caring as him.
The entire staff was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.”

They just gave me some insulin and said have a nice day and she was near death I took her to All Valley Animal Hospital and after a 48-hour stay they brought her back wonderful people very informative I would suggest them to anyone who has serious critical care or just for veterinary check-ups I might live a long ways away but that's where I'm going from now on”

“Dog needed 2 teeth pulled . Petsmart said $2000-$3000. Didn't want to sell a kidney or my car so went to the humane society. $70 for initial visit. Then appointment, gave me paperwork to fill out saying how poor I am, $906 a month on S.S. and it cost me $488. Plasma bank here i come! Would have been $1,400 if they hadn't helped me.”
“I brought my dog (Beans) in for a comprehensive exam. He was accidentally given a medication the wrong route. They called me immediately and let me know what had happened, and were very transparent. When I went to pick him up, the manager, Josh, explained everything to me and was very honest. He was kind, and answered all of my questions. They took care of Beans, and gave him some antihistamines and anti-inflammatories (after asking me) free of charge to make sure he was alright. I am so lucky to have such an incredible vet team at Banfield, that is honest about mistakes. Everyone is human, and everyone will make mistakes. I am so touched by their kindness and concern for my sweet puppy. He is doing very well, and we'll see you guys at his next appointment!

“I love Banfield. Have been using the Wellness Plans for all ofy dogs for the last 14ish years. Staff has always been friendly and responsive. The doctor's will listen to my concerns and go over pro/cons with me. It never feels like they're just trying to run up the tab with extra tests, but they will make recommendations when it's most appropriate. My only wish was that they had an associated urgent/emergency care option as I hate having to go someplace that doesn't know me or my pet when something happens unexpectedly.”

Lizzie had been seen by them her entire 11 1/2 years. They loved on her and tried to keep her every single visit and yesterday they were so kind, thoughtful and empathetic. They offered comforting hugs and gave us all the time we needed.
