The two male Verizon workers were nice/conversational and one went out of his way to reduce monthly prices without prompting. They were able to help me get my new phone set up in a reasonable timeframe.
(I will disclaim that I got my new phone on the app and not at this store.)

I went in to upgrade my phone based on a mothers day special on 5/12. I was told I had to upgrade my line to receive the special,so I decided to upgrade my line to get the phone. I went to pick put a new phone case, and came back to the counter to see the employee Antonio Jimenez putting a new screen protector on my phone. I asked "oh, does that come with the phone?" Since I didn't ask for the screen protector and he didn't ask if I wanted a screen protector. His response was, "Yeah, it's a great deal." I receive my total bill for taxes, fees, set up and the case for $189.61. It seemed high, but my son and I had been in the store for so long that I figured I would review the receipt later. I get home and review the bill to see the "free" screen protector was actually $46.99!!!! I go back in the store the next day with receipt, tell them to remove the screen protector and refund the charge. I wasn't asked if I wanted it, wasn't told price, nothing. The employee said, we can't refund screen protectors, sorry. Now I'm out almost $50 for something I never said I wanted or told would cost me. I had a screen protector at home I had paid for prior to this purchase that I intended to use that wouldnt have cost me a dime. Seems super shyster-ish and way to drive sales and screw the customer out of money . I have been to the store the week before and received good service, but I won't return after this. If you can't trust all employees, you can't risk going to the store at all.

Lost my G mail, I stopped into the store (Linder and Dear Flat) in Kuna. António helped me out and got my mail going again, the small things we take for granted some times, when they stop working it can be a very unwanted feeling and you just want it fixed. Well with no appointment or advance notice Antonio fix the problem in about 2 1/2 minutes. It is so refreshing to experience this kind of professionalism. Thanks Antonio, much appreciated!
