Nicole and other employees were VERY helpful with a complicated AMAZON return problem. She took the time to contact Amazo n customer service and resolve the issue Even though they were extremely busy.

I mainly use the UPS Store for Amazon returns and it’s always so easy. The employees are constantly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are very quick and efficient and it’s very much appreciated.

The UPS store in Kuna is excellent. They’re very efficient and always friendly, every one of them. They were great at guiding me when I had no idea what I was doing ?. We’ve also used their Notary Services.This will be my UPS store as long as I need one. I highly recommend them!
