Tractor supply company cut fertility benefits that employees worked for with only a 30 day notice. Most people have never heard of an insurance benefit being cut from a plan within 30 days. Employees/insurance customers are not able to change insurance within 30 days. We all know we must wait for the calendar year to end… Yet apparently employers can change your insurance at will. It’s disgusting and deceitful.Employees were notified by the insurance company and not by their cowardly employer - Tractor Supply.Fertility treatments are long and have to be done at specific times. 30 days is not enough time for most treatments to be completed. Most patients will have to cancel their current treatment *or risk having to pay for every service and medication they’ve already received* which will cost them thousands and thousands - enough to bankrupt most couples. Some of these hard working employees are doing fertility treatments because they have cancer and are trying to preserve eggs or sperm from radiation. Some have lost their reproductive organs and are working with a surrogate or donor to have a child and will have to cancel months or years worth of work and planning because of this callous overnight insurance change.A few months ago the company changed their policy suddenly to only allow fertility benefits to be available to employees who have worked an entire year. Now they’ve cut their fertility benefits in half for all employees and withdrew the existing employees benefits on the drop of a dime to save a few bucks. The company will blame high turnover rates - but the truth is the turnover rate is high at tractor supply as other low paying jobs (average pay is around $12/hr) and it’s mostly young people coming and going within 30 days. Many if not most of the people working for fertility benefits were there for 6 months or more with many working for longer and new employees were prepared to commit to a full year before getting their benefits. The turn over rate will only skyrocket after this.Additionally if you had any doubt regarding their greed know that they brand themselves as “all American” but they sell almost nothing made in the US. Even their store branded candy is mostly made in Turkey and Brazil etc. They prey on their elderly client base with 30% interest rate credit cards that have terrible benefits. Their “cash back” is just coupons that expire. They also import baby chicks from hatcheries that are not local during the winter because it’s more profitable than waiting for warmer weather and using local hatcheries - which means more baby chicks arrive dead than is necessary. They also only take care of the chicks because they don’t want to go viral for being neglectful. In years past the chicks were kept in plastic boxes and were extremely poorly treated. Tractor supply leaves them in the back stock room to die if they look sickly, but they tell customers they will have a vet look at the bird if the customer notices it looks unwell.

I’ve been using Kuna Tractor Supply at least weekly since they’ve opened. Eric the manager runs a good crew and sets a great example for everyone to emulate. Always polite and helpful.

Store sells items they don't have, manager says one thing, associates say different, but all you get is a waste of your time because what you pay online for and says available for curbside pick up today is a total lie. Can't even print order cancelation receipt. Management team sucks.

I love TSC, I choose them over all others. They helped me help my fur cub. When D&B would not even take a step to help an old lady in tears find medicine to help 16 year old fur cub that can't be put under to remove her teeth. TSC took me right to what I needed to help her.

In general, I love Tractor Supply. But, not yesterday, at least not the Kuna store. I looked up chimney cleaning supplies on their website. It indicated they had the chimney brush and rods that I needed. When I got to the store I couldn't find them so I asked an employee. He kind of laughed and said they didn't keep chimney supplies on the floor at this time of year. He showed me where they are normally kept--nothing. Since I'd driven approximately 40 miles one-way to purchase them based upon their website, I asked another employee--same thing. He said they had been removed from the shelves and were wrapped in plastic on a palate somewhere in storage. So, I wasted a couple of hours and the gas for an 80-mile round-trip because Tractor Supply can't be bothered with updating their own website. Often a company like Home Depot will say something like "limited availability" if there are only a few. Under those circumstances, I would have called ahead to make sure they actually still had what I needed. Tractor Supply apparently had what I needed, but had stored it away because it was "out of season", although it seems like chimney supplies might be necessary year round in rural Idaho, let alone in March. Bottom line: If you're going to have a website depicting availability of products, UPDATE IT! I just read other reviews and see this isn't an isolated situation.

Stood in line and was ignored, finally got impatient and asked the guy sitting around, flirting with his manager. he laughed at me when i asked for customer service and pointed at designated cashier. The cashier that checked me out was the only redeeming team-member. the manager and coworker Continued to talk about me loudly as I checked out. They also don't know anything about horses or the horse products they cary, I called specifically asking for a half pad, told they had one "for sure" got there to realize none of the staff even knew what a half pad was.. My family buys all of our feed there aprox 800 a mo, want be doing that anymore. contacted corporate and I'm excited to hear what they have to say about my experience.

Chicks I bought weren't very healthy and the chick food had bugs in it. I had to treat the chicks for pasty butt the first day I had them. They offered to replace the food but I didn't want to end up with more bugs so I opted to just take it as a lesson learned. The staff was very friendly and concerned and the chicks have survived so far though.
