“I was so tired of getting treated badly and being overcharged at other repair shops/Dealership service centers. I learned about K&R by a word of mouth referral from a coworker. She said she doesn't trust her car with anyone else. I recently had a terrible experience with Peterson Chrysler Buick service center. Unfortunately my saga with them is not over because (as I suspected) they did a poor job with the transmission replacement they did on my vehicle causing issues with the steering rack/steering column. I'll be taking my vehicle back to them to fix the mess they created... after that though. I'll ONLY be going to K&R. It's hard to find a repair shop that is professional, HONEST, knowledgeable and even kind. Ken did not charge me for looking at my vehicle and determining the shoddy work done. Truly a great company. I will be telling all my friends and family that this place should be their new repair shop.Thanks K&R for being the gold standard of what an auto repair shop SHOULD be! Cannot say enough good things.”

“Searched the valley for a reputable place to service my R6 and we came across Revved Up. After high recommendations from other riders we gave them a call. You could tell even over the phone they seemed genuinely interested in the bike, getting everything I needed taken care of, and their hospitality was unmatched. Looked at all the big tire shops (you know who I’m talking about ) to see if I can get an early next day appointment with no luck. Called commercial and was told to drop in the next morning and they could help. I showed up a little after opening and was back on my way an hour later- for FREE! “Yesterday we experienced a flat tire while on I-84 eastbound right in the middle of all the construction. The right shoulder was just wide enough to get off the road. We were unsuccessful in getting our insurance roadside assistance to assist us so I looked up tire stores close. I called Bruneel Point S Nampa and in only about 20 seconds of dialog, Bob said "we are coming to the rescue". In less then 10 min his service truck pulled up behind us, got our spare on and took our tire back to their shop. They found the issue, fixed the tire and got us back on the road for no cost. These men understand the value of customer service both at a time of need as well as after fixing it. Friendly, helpful, reassuring and solution oriented are a few words that come to mind......I will recommend this organization to any and all and encourage Bob and team to keep making people's day better! “John's Auto Care installed a full set of plugs and coils in my 2006 Toyota about 31 months ago. They warranty their work and installed products for 36 months. Coil number 5 died a few months after installation and they replaced it for free. Last week it died again. Not their fault. I think that coil is subject to excess heat that shortenes it[s life span. They replaced it and the plug at that location. No charge and I had a decent loaner car for the day it took them to do the job. They are honest and do good work. I recommend you get a quote from them if your vehicle needs work. I will definitly use them when I need auto repair.”
