“I went in the night before 2 packages were supposed to be delivered, as I was going to be heading out of town early the next morning. I went in expecting to either be able to pick them up the next morning, or just have to wait for them to be delivered. However, after about 5 minutes of waiting I received my 2 packages under a one time circumstance. This is customer service at its finest, and this location is by far one of the best in the valley. However, please don’t read this and be like me, and try to pickup your packages early, it only leaves more burden on the employees. Therefore I am truly great full for the amazing employees at this location, and their understanding, you guys rock!”

“They are always friendly and helpful. I'm not use to this being that I'm a new resident from out of state (3yrs now). I've always received all my mail/packages.. which I don't understand how they find people homes with these out of order residential numbers. I'm use to rude, long lines, broken items & One person helping while the others stand around ignoring you, like they don't see that long line out the door..”
