They were old school. It's basically family run, and I like that. When I forgot to pay my bill they made every attempt possible to keep me from auction and collections. I'd recommend only them for the kuna area.

Swan Falls Storage has been nothing but kind to us. We were very pleased the first time we used them and now we are using them again. I would recommend them to anyone. The units are clean and the management is easy to work with. Thank you!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump. Went here looking for a space for my 5th Wheel and the attendant started questioning me about how much I would be using the space (as much as I want since I'm paying for it?), whether my RV was new etc. as though they had some high standard for what type of RV's can stay on their lot. When I left I saw what type of units they have staying there and most of what's there already is complete junk, you would probably get mold or termites just from being on the same lot. Went to Kuna Caves Storage, much cleaner and obviously better managed.

Do not expect your deposit back...They transferred our deposit to another customers account without our knowledge or agreement. Not a good or legal way to run a business. If this whole mess they created was over more money we would be going to court. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYBODY...DISHONEST TO SAY THE LEAST

Was a customer for over a year prior to moving to Meridian. Moved out, cleaned the unit and informed they I had cleared out that day. A week later I received a call stating they expected me to pay for the door that was broken. Not knowing what they were talking about I showed up asking about it. They acted as if I was playing dumb and proceeded to berate me telling me that I HAVE to pay for the damage. It appeared someone had damaged the door but it was not me. They claim they had video footage of me cutting a lock off of the door. (I know for a fact they didn't because I didn't do this) Knowing I still had my lock AND key in my truck I tried to explain that they had the wrong guy. They wouldn't have any of it and threatened legal action.
Summary: Never had issues with them until they accuses me of something I didn't do. Horribly unprofessional at that point.
