I have been with Kuna Self Storage for a few years now, and they have met my needs perfectly. I have never had any issues getting in or out of the facility, and the payment system is easy to use! Definitely recommended. ?

Terrific customer service and have Positive employees. Janel and Mylena that run the establishment are very nice.
Very convenient location for us and with 24 hour access it feels very safe with all the safety features provided and I really like that they vett their clientele for responsibility, like insurance, Great choice when moving and need temporary space to sort out and pare down without stress.
Kuna Idaho location.

Kuna storage has been great. I've had a unit there for about 3 years now, and from the beginning I felt my unit was secure and my belongings were safe. It's always kept clean, and easily accessible.

I have had a trailer in storage at this facility for a long time. They are nothing but professional and have a very nice facility. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to store anything or park a trailer.

I had a very good customer service experience with the gal over the phone who helped me choose the right size. I got the largest available, but still could have used about 10 more sq ft. of room. The great customer service has continued through our first week!!!!!

Older storage facility but still in excellent working order. Units are more spacious than the “normal” storage unit. Was able to fit all of my belongings and stack real tall due to the high ceiling. The staff are courteous and always make sure whatever we needed was met! Price was very reasonable and lower than all facilities around it! Only cons are the lanes are extremely tight and some of the rv storage spots are placed where it makes it impossible to make turns with vehicles bigger than a standard pickup! The travel trailer stored at the corner on the exit lane side should not be a storage spot as it completely bottles up the whole turn and will eventually get hit by the less experienced drivers trying to leave the facility!

Easy to get ahold of the office if there is any issues with anything. They are easy to talk to as well. The facility is always clean and the lanes are east to drive down as well.
