First the positive: The Young people that do the hand pre-wash are always positive and generally thorough. Negative: Each time I get a car wash there are numerous spots left and often NO towels. The manager is a most unpleasant person. I could elaborate more but I will end by saying I. will not return!!

This gas station does NOT have free air anymore. They decided to make a poor decision and use the Xact Air machine. These machines are garbage. I have never had a proper working machine. Also I have 90psi tires at it only goes to 80psi. I have never had an Xact Ait machine not rip me off of $2 and their compressors struggle to even get to 50psi.

This car wash sucks leaves soap and water stains on the car vacuums pressure wasn’t strong enough to get sand or dog hair go to epic car shine it’s so much better for sure!

I am going to give this 2 ratings one for their car wash and the other for their retail store. 1st Car Wash- The young guys working here are always super friendly. Whether busy or slow they are always hustling getting customers through. I also like the fact they pretty much hand wash your car prior to even going through the car wash. I have brought all my vehicles here and always leave here pleased. Plus they have tons of vacuums available and something I really love are the fresh clean towels to get off those remaining water spots. If it was just for the car wash this would be at least a 4-5 star. 2nd- The retail portion while always neat clean and orderly. The blaring death metal music or even turned down is a total turn off. Yesterday as an example same death metal music saying who knows what but could easily make out the offensive lyrics to me and the other customers. Now I don't care what you listen to on your own time but at least pick something neutral for the other customers. I can also tell you it must be a few employees because I mentioned it to someone a few times ago and they just rolled their eyes saying can't make everyone happy. This wasn't meant for me it was for I believe the other co-worker working that day. I wouldn't think the owners or manger would put up with that while they are around. This place is just way to convenient for me to pass up and the fact I only pretty use their car wash facilities and don't have to deal with the death metal music will keep me coming back.

I am signed up on the monthly wash which is great and I can go as many times as needed. The issue I have is that It seems I get a different level of service each time I get a wash, some of the employees take their time and make sure to really pay attention to the back and front of the car, most do not. Towels are definitely an issue, 4 out of 5 times I go, there are no clean towels in the bins. Convenient but could be better

I’m only leaving a review hoping that management will realize this place needs help. It’s close to our house so it’s convenient but this place needs a lot of work. For one, the card reader in the drive up wash selector doesn’t work half of the time… almost too much of a hassle to even try and purchase a wash. (Please get a new one- the employee said it’s broken and works sometimes.) Second, the wash doesn’t clean the vehicles well… back of vehicle still has dirt as well as the front of vehicle after wash. Lastly, I’m almost certain the vacuums haven’t been serviced in a long time… the suction on most that I’ve tried is horrible.The only positive things I can say is that the staff seem pretty helpful and friendly and there is never a line. Matter a fact, I am usually alone when I go and it’s nice to not have to wait but I bet it would be busier if the service was improved. I’d even consider monthly membership if I had more confidence in this place.Lots of room for improvement here- Kuna is expanding but there are wayyy better washes in the Valley that this place currently does not compare to.

Are you looking for a place where the managers screens people before admitting they're the manager? Are you looking to throw away $15/wash? Look no further, KJs in Kuna is YOUR PLACE!! Hard to reach spots on your car? No worries, rest assured you car will most like be in the same condition as it was when you entered the wash. $15 gets you a show that makes it seem like you got a good wash, but don't worry, now you'll have extra water spots to let you know that KJs threw water on your car. Call now! *operators not standing by cuz they're barely open.*Save your money, DO NOT GO HERE. 2/2 CARS I've taken here were a waste. Lesson learned.

Gas here used to be consistently priced with Costco, circa 2018. Now it's some of the most expensive gas around . Today it is 10 cents more per gallon then the Chevron just down the street. Thanks for sticking it to us in Kuna KJ's :-(

Attendant was great, worked hard and pre scrubbed the car, the end result wasn't pleasing, if the attendant didnt scrub the car first I dont think any of the dirt would have been washed off. Definitely not worth the $20.
