Or you can spend time entering info into your phone into automated phone service to get the correct agent only to be asked the same questions by the phone answering service to be directed to the correct agent to be asked all the same questions again, only to find out the don't do property insurance in Idaho. Bonus - Scott saved me many $$$”
“My car was recently hit by another driver. Dwain Cluff has gone far and above in helping me get my car repaired. Every time I call, he actually listens and follows through in finding a resolution.
I have also spoken with Savannah and she actually got the repair shop on the phone to inform
them the repair was approved.
To me this type of personal service is why I have been with State Farm the last 35 years.
