I love this pharmacy. It is convenient for me. The staff is friendly and they always remember my name. They have spent extra time assisting me with my insurance issues to help me get the lowest price for my many prescriptions. Thank you so much. ❤️

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There are always issues with something and it takes forever to get any of my families prescriptions. I will be switching somewhere else.

Cheryl in the pharmacy is always fantastic and helpful. She always greets me by my name which is so nice. Ben at the customer service provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life consistently for the last 3 years and that is saying alot since I am a senior citizen. They both should be recognized.

I was refilling a prescription and had good RX & Morgan said she couldn’t put the code in for us that it was just going to have to be the original price. (which was substantially more money than what good RX said they could save us) We have been using this pharmacy for a long time & use good RX every time, so it made no sense that this specific day it wouldn’t work? Both Morgan & the main pharmacist were extremely rude, horrible attitudes, and just felt like they were too lazy to input the PIN codes or something. Very disappointed and will most likely be moving to a different pharmacy. High recommend moving your business somewhere else where they actually care and do their job.

The gray haired woman pharmacist (Diane I think) is the WORST... So rude. Pharmacist Nick on the other hand is a rockstar and did everything possible to help even when the woman was snarky, threw up her hands and walked away. 5 stars for Nick! Negative 100 for Diane. She really should not be in a customer service business.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. I had an issue with communication withmy insurance and what my co payment charge should be (never received a straight answer) , the pharmacy manager, Kaillyn went over and above in normal customer service to obtain an an answer and fet a refund for me. She has also been extra helpful and caring in find an alternative medication and coupon program to reduce the medication costs and has professionally referred me repeatedly to ultimately obtain the answer from my physician. It is very refreshing to find a pharmacy that cares for the well being of their patients.

This place is a joke. But with a 2.3 rating. They obviously don't care. Every month I come in here and they screw up my prescriptions now this month they gave me a partial and charged me for it and then want me to pay again when I come back to pick up the balance that they owe me. Total joke. Nobody there has a clue what's going on

I have only 1 problem… When I call for a refill of my pain meds, even during their “not real busy” time, I’m given a 2-hour refill time, generally. And even after that, I’ve had to wait at the pharmacy for it to finish being refilled.Other than that, really like the folks there. Very friendly & helpful.

Yup!!! Knew I wasn’t the only complaint! Kailyn (pharmacists manager) and will ( pharmacist ) and Jessica’s pharma tech. Rude, terrible people. Do not care about humans needs, their in the wrong business. I’m not the ONLY COMPLAINT read the reviews. Incompetent! Do not care if people are on there death beds and need there meds! Can’t even check there voicemails. Please corporate or the state of idaho needs to get in this pharmacy asap and do a over haul. Current staff needs fired asap! Been going on to longEdit: filed formal and written complaint with general manager of store, is being forwarded to corporate for further review. Not sure if the pharmacy is part of albertsons at all, but higher ups need to know what a zoo the kuna albertsons pharmacy has been for many years. Providers in the near area, hate this pharmacy!

Ive used this pharmacy for years. The drive through, the wait times are ridiculous and not getting better at all. If a person goes through the drive through and wants to wait till their prescription is filled right then and there should be a NO!!! People waiting behind them with cars still running is crazy. I think we need some more pharmacies in Kuna besides Albertsons and Walgreens. With the growth in Kuna this pharmacy is to small and i shouldnt have to go to Meridian, Nampa or Boise to have my prescriptions filled when this pharmacy has been filling my and my families prescriptions for to many years. Albies management needs to look into this.

two days ago I was pumping gas with my headphones on, at about 7am and this 70 to 80 year old woman leaves your kiosk to come speak in a condescending tone to me that I shouldn't be on my cell phone at the pump. mind you my cell phone wasn't even on my person. I told her I can read and she said all she can do is inform me that I'm being a danger. first of all, don't accuse someone of something they aren't doing. another thing I have been sick with the flu so that 80 year old woman is gonna be sick because she so nicely entered my personal space from behind me. I will also point out I wear my headphones everywhere because my social anxiety is insanely high so her actions were crossing so many lines with me. If you read any science studies done in the last ten years you would know that is incorrect information. It would have been one thing if she ever saw my cell phone but she didn't and I don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm stupid. talk to your employees about how they are supposed to speak to customers. I don't care if she's old and stuck in her ways, that doesn't give anyone the right to speak to a complete stranger like they are incompetent.

Very very slow takes forever to get my medications weather there is traffic or no traffic they always take so long and there isn't a shortage of workers because there are 5 people back there right now. Absolutely rediculous I can never make it through there without my kids freaking out because of how long it takes definitely would recommend a different pharmacy this one is no good!!

By far the rudest people I have ever had to deal with..went in to get my prescription on Wed dec7 at 6pm and wow I don't know if the girl at the pharmacy woke up on the wrong side of the or what but wow very rude and definitely did not want to be there...if you hate your job so much find something else we don't need your snoty aditude remember your there working because of the customers...your making this pharmacy look really bad and especially for the people that actually care about there job there...you make kuna look bad...
