I go to subway a lot in Kimberly. I have never had someone treat me so poorly and make a sandwich with nothing on it!! I know how most are made and it was like she was going to make it terrible because I mentioned it. I usually tip generously. I mentioned it looked scant so she really made me pay!!

I usually place an online order, which never completes the sale or etc. on my cell phone. Never had to worry though as my sandwich is always made correctly and is ready on time, every time.Vegetarian options: They seem to have a better assortment of vegetarian options than most places.Kid-friendliness: They do have a children's menu of sorts. As yet, I have never witnessed a child refusing to eat a meal from any Subway.Parking: I can usually find a parking spot in front of the store.

Not perfect, but they make great wraps I only order wraps they are skimpy on their meats so the bread ratios suck. At least in the wraps you can taste the meats.

lady attending us was very rude. We were infront of another customer and she helped them all the way through their purchase and after they were done we were finally attempted with out sandwich. Then proceeded to charge more than what was needed and did not give us a recipe to check our purchase. Overall horrible experience.

Looked on line to see if they were open, says open till 8:00pm it's 4 so I drove down to Subway. Doors were locked but the open sign was on, girl came to the door asked if I had a pickup. I told her no I needed to place an order. She said they close at 4:00 on Sundays but I could order threw the app ???????? REALLY!? So she can't take my order with me standing right there but I can go on to the app and order a sandwich and then what wait in my car until it's done that is ridiculous. These people need to get their crop together at least fix your hours on Google so the rest of us don't have to waste our time! Not going back!

Worste sandwich I've had at a subway. One staff had no idea how to make sandwich and went to the back twice for more items. All meat stuck to one side and veggies fell out. Other staff wouldn't help her out, then tried to charge me for extra meat when I didn't ask for it. Wanted to buy cookies and drinks for my staff too but after the experience I decided to go elsewhere for the rest.

Placed an order over the app at about 1pm today Sunday the 14th. When I arrived the store was closed. I tried going through the app to see if I could get a refund and there’s no way to get a refund. I tried calling the store and of course no answer. So I’m probably just gonna have to report this to my credit card and to corporate. They need to fix their hours if they’re going to close for the day so I don’t have to waste time trying to figure out how to get my money back.
