Nice clean storage units, reasonably priced. I have never met the people who take care of it, but the lady was super nice on the phone, when I first made arrangements for a unit.

The last 6 months of storage has been awesome. Good customer service, convenient, and fair pricing. Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Such a terrible business. They failed to inform me three times when they switched their payment systems and “lost” my auto pay information. They then call three months after the fact to tell me I owe for three months plus fees. Thanks guys, you obviously are not compassionate towards the families that give you business.Packing up my stuff today and leaving.

No winter maintenance. Unit had 2" of gravel when we got into it. You can only access the unit when they open the gate. You don't get a code to get in although there is a number pad in front of the gate.I recommend getting a unit somewhere else unless there are NO other options.

(Zero stars)RENTER BEWARE: New ownership November 2021 Storageland Holdings (subsidiary to parent based in California)Poor communication: did not provide initial status update to customer regarding account standing after migrating to new account management platform.Sub-standard business practices: Did not verify own records, or request to verify customer’s records prior to assessing duplicate account charges. Never provided customer with invoice for duplicate charges assessed.Did not resolve account mismanagement upon initial contact.Required repeated follow-up attempts without resolution.Did not honor customer’s request to speak directly with staff Supervisor.No attempt by staff or Supervisor to resolve missing account records.Held customer responsible to reconcile duplicate charges and restore account standing.Never refunded duplicate charges customer paid but did not owe.Initiated automatic payments without customer’s knowledge or consent.After customer resolved business’ problem, resolution offer by Supervisor to customer was unacceptable.Customer forced to dispute multiple account charges with VISA, spanning four month period.READER BEWARE: Direct response from Storageland Holdings (subsidiary) or Unique Property Management (parent) contradicting the above should be read with warranted skepticism. Sour grapes? You earned it Storageland Holdings!

Customer service is wonderful. They have plenty of space and even are upgrading some parts of the place.I store my jet skis there when I didn't have a garage to store them myself. Good place!

Absolutely above and beyond experience. They have exceptional service, extremely clean space, and the owners and staff are phenomenal people. They helped me in an emergency when they didn’t have to and I hope I can do continued business with them for years to come. Highly highly recommend!
