I found a beautiful couch and the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. They were kind enough to wait while I went to find a truck and get my checkbook from my house. On top of that, they even loaded the super heavy couch for me! I can’t say enough about how wonderful and patient they were—truly the sweetest people in the whole wide world. I highly recommend checking out their shop!

We found 3 cute chair there, before we purchased them, we asked about the return policy. We were told we could return them and to write a check to avoid paying the service charges from our credit card company. So we did and when we got home one didn’t fit the space as well as we would like. We took back the one chair 2 business days later and they refused the return and stated that the person who told us that we could return it would not be back for two weeks due to surgery and there was nothing they would do for us!
WHAT!!! And they did NOT take back the return and would not listen to our plea.
Very poor customer service!

We looked all over town for a king boxspring and no where had them in stock or at a good price. We saw a post from Acquired Treasures, so we went in store. They were super responsive and we got a great deal! Will definitely be recommending Acquired Treasures to all my friends and family!

I enjoyed meeting the owners who bought two guns and all my crystal. When your in a tight spot they are there to scoop up your valued treasures. I definitely expected to get more out of my valued items but they have to make money also. I saw many unusual and unique one of a kind items. Furniture was in remarkable condition and the store was super clean. I think they still have two of my towels they borrowed during an unexpected storm while we were in there.
