I've been coming to Zenergy for years and yesterday I had one of by best experiences. From the front staff, workout instructor, massage therapist and people in the club, it was 5 star. I will definitely be visiting Zenergy every time I come into Sun Valley! Thanks for the amazing experience!!

Came here with my husband for spa services while we were on vacation in town.TLDR: 3 stars for facial, 5 stars for massage = 4 stars.The facilities and spa are lovely. With any 50+ minute service, you get access to the gym and amenities. We came early and used the hot tub, cold plunge, steam rooms, and saunas before our services.Facial - 3 starsI got the clear skin facial ($190 regular, but there was a promo) and did not have the best experience, although The facialist was very nice. When it came time for extractions, she started by popping a blood vessel/vein on my nose which she mistook for a pimple which caused a ton of blood pouring down my face. When she remarked she’s never seen a pimple bleed like this, I told her I think she popped a blood vessel (i have a red pretty apparent vessel so I knew which one it was). She said she thought it was a pimple - 1. As a professional, I would expect the staff to know what is and isn’t a pimple, and 2. This comment made me feel now self conscious about this which I never have before. After that, she looked at my face and said I don’t need any extractions (I definitely do, I think she was maybe too nervous to continue). The facial included a cleanse, an oxygen mask, and then the application of some product. The website description lists more like a charcoal mask, but I never got that. No extractions or massage, or spot treatment for the acne I was specifically there to treat. For $190, that is not worth it. The 50 minute facial also ended 10-15 minutes early. When I went to check out, the staff at the front desk asked how everything was and I remarked good just a bit short. She was very apologetic and took 25% off which was very appreciated, but I was surprised that I had to say something and my facialist hadn’t mentioned anything about the experience or time and already asked to apply a discount for me. I only mentioned the shortened time, didn’t get into the whole experience. I feel bad because I did enjoy the short facial I did have, but if I came back, I would not get a facial here again; too many flags.Massage - 5 starsHusband had a massage and though he usually does not love massages, he was raving about how good he felt after. He has some injuries and they paid special attention to his concerns.Facilities - 5 starsWe didn’t use the gym, but the outdoor hot tub and cold plunge and locker rooms, and spa waiting rooms were all lovely and made for a great pre-service experience. Recommend coming early to enjoy.Staff - 5 starsWe had some issues with scheduling and payment (the prices / discounts are a bit confusing), but Laura was super helpful and patient in sorting everything out for us. Definitely call if you are confused as we found the website a bit confusing and the staff on the phone and in person were so helpful!

My husband and I just visited Sun Valley and went to Zenergy for massages. Ingrid was incredible - best massage that I've received. She really listened to what I was looking for and added hot stones which felt so nice. When we return, I'll definitely be looking to book with Ingrid again.My husband also really enjoyed his massage, I believe his masseuses name was Kristan.The Spa also has really high end nice products. A wonderful display of Eminence products which are some of my favorites.

Incredible place, the spa is amazing and my massage was the best I've ever had. They have so many things to offer, cold plunge, hot tub, Olympic pool, steam and sauna room and showers. It's a must do any time I'm in the Ketchum area, I love this place!

It's definitely a very nice place. But not worth the $1000 month membership fee. You can order a massage online and not be a member.

Wasn't sure what the atmosphere was going to be since it was attached to a gym. It was top-notch. Quiet, serene, relaxing-everything you look for in a spa. Tommy gave me the most amazing massage. He has a firm but gentle hand and released every knot. Ann gave me a lovely customized facial, and my old tired skin was glowing when I left.

I love this spa! Have had an amazing massage, pedicure and facial in the past week. If I lived in SV, I'd go a lot. Very professional, clean and relaxing.

I come here yearly for some treatments while we are in town. Besides having great offerings in their spa, you can use the facilities for a jacuzzi soak, swim or steam. their showers are clean and spacious as is the lockeroom. The workout space is amazing and very sports training capable. Their facials and body treatments are top notch, with fantastic staff. Anne Leonard gave me an amazing signature facial w/Eminence organics line of products. She is trained in Reiki and the massage was flowing and onpoint. Another impressivemove was she wore a mask, which I totally appreciate. The club has a new filtration system, that masks are not needed, but I felt better being in a closed room. 10 Stars for Anne, you are lucky if you get her.

I wish I lived around here so I could join the health club! Booked a treatment (with Heather) and it was excellent. The facilities are pristine and state of the art. The sauna was perfect. All staff were professional and made us feel welcome and encouraged us to stay longer and enjoy the facilities, even tho we were only guests for the day. I hope to come back some day!
