Fantastic Service!!!! Dara helped us over the phone locate and place a hold for pickup on three packages we were expecting to be easily delivered. Naive of us big city kids, lol. She was extremely friendly and helpful in contacting the Hailey location and speaking to a contact there to request them to hold our packages so we could pick them up when they open. The cheer and joy in her voice was refreshing and her quick response to our delivery issue was amazing! Dara, we appreciate You!!!

Living in a small town , this is a convenient place to have. It's just unfortunate that the clerks are always so rude. I mean, I know people / customers in this town can be abrasive and demanding, but the clerks just seems to take extra pride in being super unfriendly and abrasive as well. I only will go here if it's a dire emergency.

They are the best team. I had issues with postal delivery and USPS since moving to Idaho, so I got a private mailbox with UPS to run my side business during my time there. The staff was always the best and customer service was top notch.

The experience was just okay. Encountered some issues while trying to print documents which made the process longer than anticipated. Eventually got it sorted out, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I have been multiple times and find the owner very rude and not customer-service oriented. They also charge way more than for everything than any other UPS store. When you walk in It always feels like they think they are doing you a favor for being in business. They are not happy to see you or appreciative of your business. I always dread going there and tried to avoid it at all costs.

Andrew, Cristina and all the UPS Ketchum, ID store are wonderful, professional and a huge help to me in my business and personal work. The cards are the best in the valley and the staff are all friendly and obliging. I would highly recommend this store. :)

They apparently charge $10/per package. Most ups stores charge $5, so that’s half as convenient right there.

Had an amazon delivery sent to this location. Amazon split it into three small packages, one of them an envelope. They charged $10 PER PACKAGE, which left me with a $30 charge. That's ridiculous. On top of that they lost another package that was sent there. Stupid money making scheme.

I called asking about a UPS package that was supposed to be sent to my sick brother. The lady and had an accent so I had her repeat what she said a couple of times and she got very annoyed with me and then told me I was rude for asking her to repeat what she said and then said she had a customer and then hung up on me. I also asked for the nearest warhouse which is in Hailey and she just hung up on me me By the way I was asking simple questions because the shipping in Ketchum is weird.

Had a package sent here during my vacation and my package was given to a random person who claimed to know me, they did get my package back but it was open and my sd card was missing, after talking to ups they said they did everything correct and refused to compensate me for my sd card and time, it was about a 40 minute drive from my hotel, used ups all my life never had a problem before but they handled this so poorly I will avoid ups at all cost
