The store is nice enough, but it was listed as a thrift store and instead is a shop full of new, slightly expensive Tchotchke.

I was accosted at the entrance first thing this morning by the owner. She didn't give us the chance for our eyes to adjust before telling us we couldn't look around because I had my SERVICE DOG with me and she was afraid she would break things. Her service vest and credentials were clearly visible. I was not impressed with her words, nor how we were not able to move from the welcome mat for the owner blocking our path.

Well, seeing reviews from years ago about a rude owner - let me say that rude might just be an understatement. I had purchased some items for over $300 no complaints. Then I returned a few days later to take a picture of an item I really liked but could not afford at $1,000 and she and her husband were impossibly RUDE. No recognition that I had been in earlier spending $$$ and admiring things. Is it so hard to remember that the customer deserves respect whether they choose to purchase your items or not? Horrible manners - she and her husband should be ashamed of themselves.

I love this store. I always find something fun there. And Rita (owner) has something for every occasion!!! Rita is great and always welcomes me into her store.

Another Ketchum store with rude owners! Cute stuff but the owners should really work on their customer service. Store opened at 10am. Sign out front said "yes we're open". Walked in ready to shop and was told to leave because they weren't ready to open. They said it would be another hour to open because they still needed to vacuum. Haha! I guess they are on Ketchum time not successful business time. I left empty handed and money to burn in my wallet. Their loss.

Wore a mask into the store. Had it half way on my nose due to the fact that I can hardly breath and my allergies are giving me a hard time due to the season. The owner and her husband cornered me and were so rude and disrespectful. I can't believe the disrespect, she made a scene just to be rude. You expect us to respect you're rules but you aren't following your own rules and social distancing....most ignorant people I have ever met! So I can hardly breath but wore a mask anyway. I have never been so disappointed in business owners before!!!!

What a beautiful store.However, the owner is extremely rude. I broke a candle while searching for a price. The inner glass container slipped out of the outer cover and fell to the floor and broke. I was embarrassed and very apologetic. Her only comment: "Well, are you going to buy it? I can't afford to eat the cost." Of course I would have offered to pay for it anyway but I certainly didn't need to be treated like a criminal or a 5 year old. If you're looking for cute home decor, there are plenty of other places in town to shop with excellent customer service.

My first time in Ketchum Idaho, however my girlfriend spends 2-3 months there in the summer and keeps telling me about this place. You know what they say about first impressions...Well, we walked in the store, the owner is the person who works there, she was rude from the get go, she keep on following us throughout the store. I reached out for a box that I was not quite sure what it was, there was no seal on neither end of the box, I opened it to see what it was and the lady-owner yelled at me, told me that she would rather me not to touch anything that now that I open the box no one would buy the item, I apologized and tried to explain to her there was no seal on the box, but she was only interested in keep on telling me how I don't supposed to touch anything to ask her for assistance and on and on and on!!!...so we simply left! I was so irritated at this point. As we were leaving the store, the owner went after another customer ( an older lady) and told her to do not touch the items in the store.....HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!

I absolutely love the Farmers daughter. Rita and her husband are so welcoming and friendly.We were up there two weeks ago on a Wednesday and I brought a flannel shirt that I just love. I need two more from you Rita so I will call you.

Extremely Disappointed!!! Paid a fortune for a specific item and then was treated with THE WORST customer service I have ever had. Look around folks you can find the items in this store at half the price!!!
