I have never been here before today but we had a fabulous time! The boutique is small but has a lot to choose from. My sister found a ton of different stuff to wear and some very nice boots. The dog, Finley, was adorable! So well behaved and amazing with my 4 year old. The dog was an absolutely pleasure and wonderful addition to the store and the atmosphere. This will definitely be a must stop shop whenever they visit.

I've been shopping at Sway for a few years and have never beendisappointed. Roxanne, the owner, is very knowledgeable about styles and trends, and has always gone above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The staff is also very helpful and guides me toward items that flatter my body type and personal style.Sway has a great selection of jeans, local favs, casual essentials, special occasion attire, shoes, accessories, and a charming jewelry collection.Whether you're a local or just passing through town, it's a must-visit boutique! Love this store!

Ketchum is an adorable town and I always enjoy visiting the boutiques when in town. This last trip I found myself loving the inventory here at Sway. They had a bunch of my favorite brands: Paige, Rails and Amanda Uprichard to name a few. I also loved their accessories!There was a lovely blonde saleswoman who was fun to chat with on the first time I visited the store. The next time I went back they were crowded so no one helped me, but I was perfectly content browsing. There were a bunch of things I would have loved to try on, but unfortunately I had twisted my knees skiing and the thought of trying clothes on with hurt knees just seemed like too much effort. Hopefully when I return this summer I"ll be in better shape and can do some real shopping here!

I would spend so much money at this store if the owner and employees took 2 seconds to look at me and acknowledge my existence. It's truly a bummer. They have really cute clothes and carry most of my favorite brands but after going in time after time to be completely ignored I can't get myself to actually support and spend money there and everyone I know has had the same experience. Customer Service matters and they are losing a big group of local customers who would continue to shop and spend our money there just because they can't do the bare minimum and say hello.

Sway Boutique is an incredible store! With top trending brands such as Rails, Paige, and Agolde you are bound to find pieces you love! The store is beautifully laid out and easy to navigate! The owner was also an absolute doll, extremely helpful, very kind, and one fashionable lady!

My best friend flew in from Texas to see me and I wanted her to experience the shopping in Ketchum. Sway Boutique was our favorite! The owner was very personable with us as we tried on boots (I chose a pair of Dolce Vita's), and answered my questions about her English Lab that was in the store, as well as giving us lunch and dinner ideas. There were 2 sales girls that were helpful as well. This will be a regular stop when I am in Ketchum.

What a great store! The owner, Roxanne was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A great collection of clothes – all at a perfect price point. If you are looking for great quality products and friendly service , I highly recommend a visit to Sway!

Some nice clothes and boutique-y gifts and jewelry. Sadly a necklace broke when we were trying it on and the young staff (not owners) were quite accusatory even though we had done nothing to cause it to happen. It was a bummer. Im guessing the owner would have handled differently. Prices were ok overall and they were having a nice end of summer sale that is worth checking out.

Beautiful store and lovely selection of cute jeans, tops and casual wear if customer service doesn't matter to you. I found multiple things I would have mostly like purchased today had either of the people working in the store even bothered to acknowledge my existence. Customer service matters. Say hello. Ask if I'm looking for anything in particular, perhaps.

Sway is the best clothing store in Ketchum and Sun Valley. A must visit and wonderful shopping experience. Top notch location, wonderful staff, great prices, stylish, current, gorgeous clothing. The owner, Roxanne, is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

I was in the store recently (after Covid lockdown) and no one said Hi or acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store. The owner was working with another sales associate and they were too busy working on store things to ask if I needed help or another size. You would think after being closed for 2 months, they would welcome people and at least say Hi.
