I enjoyed this place! Came in around 3pm to get chicken tenders and hot chocolate. Everyone was super friendly and there were tables to sit at. Coming from someone who skis at big bear, this is a complete shock. No lines and very friendly people!

Tried to return brand new gloves from the day before. I can handle a policy but manager Ken a jerk about it.
