I've known Jose and gabby for many years. In fact, they used to be my neighbors. Very nice trustworthy people who always do what's right. Taking any vehicle to them is a no-brainer, for I know I'm in great hands. Highly recommend.

I recommend Perfect to everyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle. From when I entered their store to when I picked up my car ( a week early!), they were courteous, professional, and transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer and treated me with respect. The process was much better than my previous experiences with body shops in the Valley. I am so impressed by this business, and I cannot say enough great things about them. Our vehicle got dinged over the weekend and I couldn't be anymore disappointed since it was a hit and run! So, of course I checked to find the cheapest rate, but also near by! Went to one spot, but they took one look and gave an estimate and I was off. I didn't felt pleased, so I connected with THIS business(referred by my sister) -Called front office to make sure I could have my truck be estimated and Gaby said," come right up Jose can take a look!" -Jose took a look at my truck...."HE LOOKED AT MY TRUCK, and I mean he went into detail" of the damage that was on the bumper and what had to be replaced and just everything!!! Not only that, Gaby came outside and explained the run down on insurance, took pictures (detailed) and the fact that they actually TOOK THE TIME to analyze my TRUCK IS A PLUS!! That showed straight up PROFESSIONALISM and I respect that. -Everyday I was briefed on my vehicle via email.I liked that-I wasn't left in the dark. -3rd day I was sent an email it was almost done, and got a call few hours later on a time to pick up. -Transaction was easy, the staff was super nice Jose came out to explain to my husband the rundown on what he and his crew have done and clarified everything.My husband respected that and NOT TO MENTION THE WORK ON OUR NEW BUMPER and black top looked perfect! "We are PLEASED!" I got in my truck and was sooooooooooo thrilled to not only have my truck back- but the work that was done inside the vehicle (felt like they detailed it-smelled fresh, they wiped down inside and can't say how much I respected that) It's the consideration of a company that understands the vulnerability of a vehicle to its owner. I recommend this place- the attention to detail, the questions I had, the team work of Gaby and Jose helping me and just over all great experience and customer service! I hope to never get in a accident again- but IF I do, I know where I'm coming! Oh and they detail too, which I choose not to do just yet-but the prices I checked in the valley- this place beats them all. (Also you want a company that cares for detail- and they definitely are all about DETAIL) Cheers Perfect Appearance! And of course thank you!!

Needed a repair in rear bumper/rear drivers back panel due to neighbor & I backing into one another. Jose was professional and emailed quote within 5 minutes of leaving Perfect Appearance. I was able to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and while I thought they would keep my vehicle for 7-10 days, the work was completed in 2 days! Highly recommend Perfect Appearance and will use them again…..hopefully just for auto detailing ?Services: Body & Trim
