They have an amazing selection of alpaca wool socks. Wool socks in general. The selection of leather hats was good. The selection of leather jackets for both men and women was extensive.Staff was extremely helpful with answers to questions. They even ship things for you.

I have never had better customer service in my life! My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I lost it immediately. We stopped by Overland to see if they could possibly find the number attached to it. At first it was not looking good. I guess they had just updated the system. Jessica Schultz took this task on like no other. She says give me some time ( It really felt like hold my beer! )and I’ll see what I can do. Sure enough Jessica calls back a few days later with the number! I ask if she can keep it for me and I’ll be in soon. I didn’t make it back for awhile and this whole scenario happened AGAIN! I was thinking for sure I wasn’t getting this number this time and just let it go. Sure enough Jessica calls back about a week later and found it again! It really felt to me like she actually really cared and wanted to go that extra mile to make this work out. I know it took a lot of time and energy to get this task done. I cant even begin to explain how grateful I am for Jessica to spend that kinda time getting it done. Im sure anyone else in her position would have just said sorry we cant find it. This really made my day! Overland is by far one of my favorite stores but Jessica just makes it all the more fun and amazing to visit.

I've been in here a few times and each time I enjoy the experience. The staff are helpful and unobtrusive. The furs and leather items are absolutely beautiful and definitely wonderful craftsmanship. The whole place smells heavenly! My last trip I purchased a butter-soft leather jacket. It will definitely last a very long time with proper care.

If you are lucky enough to be visiting Sun Valley, then do yourself a favor and stop in and say hi to Brenda, the owner. I bought a coat from her last year and was having some issues with the fit. When I stopped in to ask about it, she helped fix the problem. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She is the ultimate when it comes to customer service and wants to please her clients. I cannot say enough about my amazing experience and will be back. Thank you to everyone at SCF for being fabulous!

If you are looking for a sheepskin coat, this is your place. However, IF you are looking for a tuxedo, this is absolutely not your place unless you want a shirt that is 6 inches too short, pants so baggy that MC Hammer wouldn't even consider wearing them, and shoes so big that a clown would have trouble walking in them. Very nice people, but I would look elsewhere for clothing rentals.
