I am so grateful that my wedding planner, Heather Minor, took me to Ketchum Flower Company to do my flowers. I gave Michelle Ferris (owner) my wedding colors and a picture of an arch I wanted her to build, and she nailed it.

I love Ketchum Flower Co. I travel across state boarders to shop at Ketchum Flower Company. The store has a unique selection of quality items that I don't find in other stores. The merchandise is well priced, high quality, and not the typical Department Store selection. The staff is friendly, helpful and fun to shop with. I have had occasion to use the Floral service and have been equally impressed with the fresh and creative floral designs and fast deliveryI

Ketchum Flower Company has always been my go to for birthdays and occasions such as mothers day. sooooo obviously when i saved my sisters wedding show flower arrangements until the last minute i was freaked i was not going to be able get them in time for her wedding shower. I took my ideas and vases i wanted used for my sisters shower in to KFC and they blew me away with the ABSOLUTE AMAZING job they did. our 40 guests were raving over the arrangements. the girls who created the bouquets went above and beyond. they added ribbon and flowers that i was not expecting, which really took them to the next level. the owner of Ketchum Flower Company has done a wonderful job of compiling an amazing group of young local women who are very knowledgeable when it comes to any of the products, flower arrangements and fashions within the store. Ketchum Flower Company ranks very high on my list of one of the best boutiques and flower shops in the Valley.

I have used this florist for the last 4 years to deliver flowers to my mother on Mother's Day and for her Birthday. They were usually very professional and the arrangements they created for us were always loved. This year there must have been some changes in the employees. I went to the Ketchum Flowers Co. Their number used to be stored in my phone. Not any longer I am sad to say. I ordered the flowers on Tuesday. These were supposed to be delivered Wednesday. They didn't get delivered and there was no phone call to the house in Idaho or to my cell phone. They took both numbers in case there was a problem. The flowers arrived on Thursday and when they were delivered my Mom asked why they were not delivered on the day she was told to expect them. She waited all day and needed something to cheer her up. The lady that delivered the flowers simply responded to her: "Well, they are here today". Then she left. In the future I will use Yelp to try and find a more professional florist that is friendly and cares about doing a good job.
