Went to Earl’s yesterday looking for some jeans. Love the two new pairs that I purchased. Had amazing help in the selection process. Great to see the variety of clothing that they offer. Look forward to returning for other items.

Earl’s Authentics has to be one of my favorite retailers yet. Not only do they offer a wide variety of menswear and quality clothing, but their customer service speaks volumes. They take pride in stocking the best quality garments and ensures your shopping experience is the best even after you purchase your item(s). Kelly, the owner, is such a gentleman. He will make sure all his customers/clients are well taken care of. I had a discrepancy with a product I had purchased a while back (not the fault of the shop), and Kelly was so hospitable and professional. He reassured that I will be taken care of one way or the other, and took action in finding the best options to remediate the issue. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service. All the times I had to phone in the shop or send an email with an inquiry, I honestly felt more like a long-time friend than a customer. Their team and shopping experience is truly something special and sets a really high bar for other retailers out there. Earl’s Authentics is still a relatively new shop, but they definitely gained a long-term customer and friend. I have yet to visit the shop, but I’m sure it’s worth the trip to Ketchum, Idaho. Will certainly plan a trip to visit the storefront one of these days. Sending much love from California!

I called Earl's Authentics looking for a specific item that was sold out everywhere else. The owner let me know they had a shipment coming in, and I let him know the size and color. I ordered online when the merchandise came in, and it was in my hands in a couple days. It could not have been easier or more pleasant to deal with Earl's Authentics! Thank you!! (Bonus: my husband loved his Christmas gift)

Honestly I’m shocked there aren’t hundreds of 5 star reviews at this point. This is a really special store, I wish they would open one for women. My husband and I shopped here and he’s usually a tough cookie in terms of what he wants out of clothing. He bought a few really solid pieces including a jacket that will probably let a lifetime. The clothing is extremely durable, I think it’s most if not all American made, and super functional pieces. If you want to look good and value quality made this is a great place to invest in yourself and your wardrobe!

Discovered Earl's Authentics during my first trip to Idaho and I've never been so in love with an apparel store. All their clothes are high quality and the fit is tailored to perfection. Kelly, the owner, was extremely friendly and welcoming and was so informative about the clothes. I bought one of the heavy crewnecks (pictured) and it feels like absolute butter - It's 100% my favorite article in my closet. I can't wait for my next visit to the shop, but in the meantime, will surely buy online. You must check them out!!!
