It's the only auto parts store in town and they have a lot of merchandise they have a hardware store plus a auto parts store freling knowledgeable people the price is a little high they can get almost anything you want the next day

Be aware if you get a quote on work and don't use them because they are to expensive you get cursed and yelled at in the street by the owner. I'm all about supporting small business but there is reason scream and yell at customers not good customer service. I will never use this business very sad the owner reacts this way.

I would be aware of this business! They will give you a quote and if is too expensive for you to have them do the work the owner will yell and scream curse words at you as you are leaving g out in the street. I am in favor of supporting small business, but they need to respectful, and the owner of this business is not.

Very upset. Their employee that took my information quoted me $18 per tire when we made the appointment. I dropped my vehicle off at the time they set and the mechanic, Adrian, told me it would be about an hour until done. When I came back an hour later they were closed with my vehicle locked inside. I was unable to get it. Super inconvenient. When my wife arrived the next morning they charged us $32.50 per tire. When I called to discuss how unfair that was, Brandie said her employee was wrong and that the price was more than fair. When I voiced that I was upset, she went off and threatened to call her attorney on me if I left a negative review. Wow is all I can say to that. When I got home and looked, I could see they damaged a couple studs and the wheel. When I asked nicely if they would fix the mistake, they said "you'll have to pay, this happens all the time." I will never go back and would highly recommend you avoid that place. Les Schwab's charged $20 a tire and were very nice and respectful. Very sad to say, but an honest review, I promise. Things happen, but take care of the customer and don't be so rude. We all make mistakes ladie.

Was not impressed when someone says they only have so much money you don't take all there money so they don't have gas money to go to work, i will be going to Lewiston from now on

Great these small towns have a auto parts store so don't have to run to Moscow or lewiston delta with that place for 40 years plus keep it up
