Ran the code for my check engine light, got me gallon of radiator fluid and a funnel for less than $15. The Ford dealership said it would be at least an hour and $70. Efficient, friendly service.

Great locally owned parts store, I recommend ordering parts from the owner. Had a couple simple mistakes from employees my last two visits but not a single issue when ordering from Chris the owner.

Good service, great prices. They don't have everything- but everything they have and help you with is five stars. They go above in all other areas.

Every time I have been in there I appreciate the family/friendly feeling you get. And the service you receive when Chris, Josh and Mike are working is unlike anywhere else in the valley. If they don’t have your part in stock they can get it! I always try to wait till they are there so I don’t have to see the older guy. He is kinda a creeper and seems to be shady. Like the guy who would sneak stuff home after everyone leaves. I just don’t get a good feeling about him.

We had a check engine light come on while traveling and this store happily helped us figure out what the problem was even though we didn't need to buy parts from them. Both employees were generous and kind people. Great experience!

The guys that work here are very nice, but the store has VERY limited choices, and the prices are easily double NAPA for most of the items. I like keeping money local and supporting small business, but not to the point I'm being ripped off.Paint pens sold elsewhere for $2 are $6 here. I needed a 7/16 GearWrench as well. Stoven wanted $20 for a single wrench, or $79 for a set of 5. The complete set of 18 at Napa is $60.They also rarely have parts for common vehicles. I have a 1993 Chevy Suburban and a 2013 Chevy Impala. Two of the most common vehicles on the road. The two times I have needed parts, they said it would be several days before they could get them in, as well as the parts being way more expensive then elsewhere.I would like to support the store as it's locally owned and operated, but after three visits here and feeling like I was ripped off every time, I don't know that I will be returning.I don't really like NAPA as they tend to have bad customer service, but sadly I think they will become my go-to store as Stoven just has too much going against it.
