I got my hair cut by Willo almost 12 months ago. I have thick curly hair and she chopped it up. I asked for layers starting halfway down my hair. She cut a hole at the top ! I'm still having frizzy hair ends that have no shape or layers. Im so disappointed, I will never go back ! I gave her 2 chances to get it right.
