We have been renting from bragdon property management for a few months and have had a great experience. Amanda is very nice, and answers our calls and requests in a professional and timely manner. The property itself is well maintained and in good condition and the monthly rental price is affordable and fair. I definitely recommend!!

living at valley apartments as been quiet peaceful and having amanda bragdon as manager is great, she is very caring about us and any problems we might have. She is a blessing

Amanda Bragdon was a nightmare as a property manager. The house we rented through her appeared nice. This was at 4854 Cavendish Hwy, Lenore, ID. However, there was a sewer smell from a septic problem and a bug infestation that was not disclosed up front. The septic problem was never fixed and she claimed that was not uncommon and that the house she lived in as a kid had the same problem. We moved out months ago but she has ignored repeated requests for a response regarding our deposit. She comes across as very nice but don't let that fool you.

Amanda has been the best property manager I have ever had, hands down! When I wasn't able to rent from her due to unfortunate circumstances in 2018 she did everything she could to get me into a rental the following year. She is always easy to get ahold of and is professional with her tenants. I will always recommend her!
